My Venti flavored latte was pretty good but this place is busy and the staff are slow accept for the barista who is working his hiney off. This was weekday morning and the rest of the day may be better.

This place was horrible the employees were rude some on their phones and you could hear them being awful to other employees and the wait time sucked heck I rather buy the Starbucks stuff fromThe grocery store and make it myself than go back to this place where I felt uncomfortable!! Will not be returning and will be posting on social media and the rant and rave groups on places in Tyler

I could easily write an essay about how unprofessional and horrible this place is to work in!!!! The high turnover rate doesn’t surprise me. Due to hours constantly being cut it’s a huge issue with keeping the place staffed and you’re basically forced to stay open. The pay is not worth the pain and hassle, doesn’t even compensate for all of the work you’re told to do. It’s constantly being micro-managed, it’s like you can’t take a breath. Once promoted to Team lead it’s an instant switch in attitude/personality towards employees. Unless you want to deal with the constant issues, I suggest you save yourself from a toxic environment like this one period
