This place used to be great. Everything is made cheaply now. The food is disgusting. It not even worth the 18% gratuity added. Only good things good are the adult beverages.

Fancy movie theater prices without the fancy movie theater. Seats are not very comfortable, no reclining or heating. The underside of table was covered in gum and the seats and cup holders were gross. There is a 18% gratuity built into any food or drink you order. We will not be returning here, AMC is right across the street.

Worst experience my husband and I have had in Tyler, by far. The theater is disgusting. It smells of pure must. The place needs a serious deep clean. There was an inch of moldy water in my cup holder and sticky residue all over my tray. We waited over 10 minutes to get a Pepsi (they were not busy). The popcorn tasted of pure salt, which was fantastic while we waited for the Pepsi. The movie itself was unnecessarily loud. We saw Godzilla x Kong and I understand it needs to be loud in order to create that ambience; this was brutally loud. I could feel my diaphragm quivering throughout the entire film. We both regret not walking out and will never be back.

This facility NEVER answers or returns calls! It's untidy it seems they haven't cleaned in a long time and the food usually takes a long time to come out and is overpriced for the quality.

Movie theater was great, but the food could use some work. Try to bring it out as finished, instead of waiting for all the food to be done.

They automatically add a tip to food then ask for a tip on top of that. The automatic tip does NOT go to the wait staff (only the amount over the mandatory service fee/gratuity).And according to the person I spoke to, the wait staff doesn't make minimum wage AND the company does not give them the service fee/gratuity. I am hoping that was mistaken information because that would not be legal. If the company wants more for food and beverages simply set a fair price. That way, we can tip the men and women who work hard to serve the customers.

It’s decent for sure, food not terrible. For what you get (dinner and a movie) it’s hard to justify $140ish for a family with 2 kids. The “side of ranch with that?” question is a sneaky trick. They ask that to 4 people in a row you’ll see a $5 pop on it on your final ticket. Hey, I don’t mind being taken advantage of if I’m the one that bought the ticket anyway. It’s definitely not family friendly by price unless you share a meal, which is doable due to portions. $6.50 soda is wild. My expectations of cleanliness of an establishment in 2024 were met, poor and getting worse. How they even find people that want to work is impressive enough. Decent place.
Went to the Ghostbusters movie on Sat at 8pm with my family and we ordered our food and they got my husband card on file when we did that and I have a autistic son and me and him last 5 minutes into the movie and we had to go out in the lobby and sit then my daughter and husband got there food to go and we left that night I got a transaction for $87.00 and I was fine with that but then I checked my checking account and it went up to 103.00 I have called and left a message for a manager to call me back and I have not gotten a call yet so we can figure out why it went up so much

Prices are fair quality with food is mid, service is 50/50 sometimes fast sometimes slow drinks are good and that's about it a little disappointing and it definitely needs work.

Seats feel dirty. We were informed after we were seated the grill was not working. Movie Grill with no grill. Unacceptable I expected a meal.
