Very friendly employees here!!! The area GM NOT so great! The food was great and the ladies working were on top of it!!! Definitely will come here instead of Broadway. Definitely need to train area manager to not make piss poor excuses for other stores though!!!

When I came in the door I could see they had 2 people plus drive thru customers ahead of me. I stood there for 7 min waiting to place my order and although there were 4 employees visible behind the counter, I received no greeting at all. No one spoke to me for 7 minutes nor did they even acknowledge me. Once I received my order, the sandwich was good. I dined in and got no response when leaving. I understand being a little busy but it only takes a couple of seconds to give a welcome or departure greeting.

Swung by at 8 p.m to the drive thru. Was excited to try a drive thru at a subway. Soon as I pulled up a middle aged man (inside the store) got up from his seat inside the dining room and disappeared from my view. Thought he was going to take my order but instead I waited 10 minutes and no answer. Went to the door, locked. The place closes at 10. There are hundreds of other similar reviews here, how are these employees not yet fired.? I roamed around to see if I could get a photo of the employee so they could be fired but they literally never appeared again for like 20-30 minutes. Sad mentality on these guys.

I walked in for lunch lady behind the counter ask me what would I like today. I said make me your favorite sandwich and holy moly chicken bacon ? with all the fixings was outstanding love the subway always friendly and happy

Was disappointed with this Subway for the second time. There seemed to be only one person working. If there were others, they were not interested in showing themselves. No Ranch. No Diet Coke. No iced tea, sweet or unsweet. No napkins and no salt packets. Dirty drink area. Couldn’t ask the lady behind the counter because she was busy with other customers. Bummer.

How does an international SANDWICH chain not have bread at lunch time? Clearly the owner/managers care more about ripping their customers off because they said they only had tortilla wraps and charged me for a foot long and famously scrimped on the veggies!! Well the good things is, you'll only get my money

I waited 10 minutes at the drive through waiting for someone to take my order while there was 4 other cars behind me wanting to order too but no one ever came and took my order. Very bad service this is why everyone just drives pass this subway location and rather go get their sandwiches from other places.
This place is great! The customer service is amazing and the wait time is only 3 minutes! The employee is very relatable, kind, and patient . The said employee always keeps the meats closed and the bread warm! Would recommend for newcomers and would go back!

The doors were locked on a Friday during lunch time, even though a lady was inside eating. I sat at the drive-thru for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come over the speaker, which never happened, then found the front doors locked. My last visit herei was given the complete wrong order. The employees stay outside smoking and have no concern for customers.
