I'm not big on Subway, so I'll never rate the food "five stars," but this Subway is easily the cleanest I've ever been in. Staff was great. Food was hot and as fresh as Subway gets these days! Thanks!

11am today I went inside to order soup a lady working said her boss don't order soup so I looked at the menu to see if there was anything else I'd like to order and didn't see anything. On my way out the door she continued to say I don't need anything. On the 3rd time I opened the door back up and said are you talking to me she said well you could have said no thank you I don't need anything. I told her you said you don't have soup and she stated you could have said you no thank you I don't need anything else. I stated I hope you have a blessed day because I could tell she was upset about something else. She advised me, oh I will, and it is too late for that. Hwy 271 @ Interstate 20

This was the best Subway we have ever been in. Cassie was amazing! She was friendly and quick to acknowledge us and other customers as they came in even though she was busy. We will definitely be back to this location, it also was very clean and organized! I can't say enough great things about her !

We came in to grab something to go and the lady was very rude to us because we had our puppy in are arms so she would not be in the car while it was hot. She we had to leave and kicked us out. In the middle of the summer heat. Our puppy was not bothering anyone. They had no signs on the door stating anything about animals.

I use this Subway location regularly as it is near my house. The past few months the experience has gotten so much better. The staff are always so pleasant and do such a good job making our food. Mobile orders are also done quickly. I really appreciate having good, consistent service!

This was 3 pm today. Customer service was horrible, no mayo, and no salt. An employee came to help and the lady making my sandwich turned her away. She complained about having to stock and would have to go to Carl's Jr to get mayo. I will not go back to this location. If I could choose not to leave a star that would be my choice.

I am hard of hearing and I am totally deaf in my right ear. I went in today to order two sandwiches, while I was trying to communicate with the 1st lady named Jessie, it started off with a pleasant experience quickly, becoming very uncomfortable and unprofessional in the restaurant. I placed my order for the two sandwiches, meat and cheese while they were being toasted another lady came out to finish my order. I was reading one order from a text, and the lady quickly became rude when I was trying to tell her what I wanted. I told her I could not hear what she said that I was partially deaf, and she quickly started to mumble and run her mouth because I couldn’t hear what she said. She doesn’t know that I can still read lips. Jessie took over and became very rude by yelling at me and raising her voice to try to make me hear not realizing that by doing so she cannot pronounce her words clearly for me to understand. And yelling at a deaf person is very rude very unprofessional and doesn’t help the situation. I became very embarrassed with the other customers inside the restaurant. Jessie and the other employee needs training and also training on ADA rules. I will never be back to the subway again.

The two lady’s that work in the afternoon was very rude. I was with my grandfather and one lady was basically rushing us to order and mumbling under her breath. Their customer service was horrible and I’ve never had a problem with the employees at this store. I will never go back to the subway on 271.

We went in to get two footlongs. The lady kept rushing us as we looked at the menu. My husband told her that were new to ordering Subway and we'd need a few minutes. She was like omg just build your own it's faster. So we proceeded to just answer her questions about what we wanted on our subs and our total was a lot more than expected considering a meal combo was cheaper. She was rude when we told her that combos seem cheaper with drink and chips then she says well you should of ordered a combo then not build your own sandwich. Our experience will keep us away from this subway location. The lady there was not friendly at all.
