I will never order delivery from Subway again. They always mess up the order, and DoorDash can never tell what store they need to go to. I asked for lightly toasted bread due to the fact that it becomes too hard to eat when toasted for the full 30 seconds (I prefer 10 seconds ONLY). This time, I called the store to make sure they heard it instead of not reading the order, but they still screwed it up. This store is totally incompetent, and if you have to call the store, then be prepared to call multiple times and let it ring as long as possible before you ever get anyone on the phone. The store on Gentry always gets it right. The picture I posted is all the bread I had to remove to make it edible.Update: I ordered again for some unknown reason and requested light ranch and as you can see my sandwich is swimming in ranch. This store hires the most ignorant bunch of morons in Tyler.Update: Since Subway didn't like my review and the pics of my food, they paid google to block the pics.

I went here twice and won’t be back. Was trying to use a coupon and get told each time they won’t accept it. Bad vibes from the staff, rushing me by telling about their line with one person walking in/no line present. I am a pretty chill dude, but I leave here each time unhappy. They seem to be unhappy here as well.

Dude with the afro cut wearing ‘the beast’ jersey doesn’t even know what their store has. Completely clueless like a new guy but has an attitude of an experienced fella. Bro sent back two customers empty stomach disappointed. He says and I quote subway does not have anything to do with eggs when I asked if they can put egg and cheese on my sandwich. Bro I’ve been eating at better branches serving my sub since years lol. Get a job you want bro dont just do stuff for granted. Hurting the business.

Racial profiling DEFINITELY occurs at this store . I was treated extremely poorly, I was trying to turn the other cheek and be the better ,however, the subway employee was so hostile and rude I ended up walking out . I am going to follow up with management this morning because this should not be occurring.
