Placed an online order on Wednesday night after 8:50pm and Had no issues placing that order or being charged for it. The only problem is we did not get our food. I had no idea they closed early. I tried calling the next day for a refund and nobody answers the phone. Tried another store for a manager and they just tell us this store is privately owned and have no manager or supervisor to reach out to so they can't help me. The chain of failures and disconnect from this store and subway and the owners is unbelievable.

Usually this location is pretty good but this evening I walked out after seeing the condition of the vegetables. The lettuce was brown. Not just a little brown but very very brown. The tomatoes looked like they had been in a war zone, and the onions were wilted.

I can't believe how pathetic the customer service is now days. When is it okay just serve old dried out cookies? Just cus you stuck it in the toaster oven for a few seconds doesn't make it fresh. The only thing we got that was fresh was our bottle drink and bag of chips. The lady that helped us literally threw her trash away from her own meal came to the back and gloved up. We should have just walked out then. Waste of $30!! Won't be back to this disgusting place

Leak in the front area from rain shut down the entire store? This is the only one with a drive through so why are they closing? Crazy..... if you live far don't come here. Something is always wrong. Sigh..... I don't see any water in the lobby but idk...

This location is normally pretty good but today I literally watch him take a tray of meat at which looked like is was caught between another topping of that I didn’t order. When asked if he could use another tray he left the cross contaminated food on the sub like nothing was wrong. Maybe I have an allergy to what the steak crossed with. As I mentioned the another tray with the same crossing of food he blew it off. I’ll never eat from this location again. Served by 108920527

Got The Monster didn’t get 2x the cheese like signage states also asked for a bit of extra onion and was told it will cost extra, but watched a employee literally LOAD up her sandwich to eat!!! Wow never again!!!!

The place was clean and they made my sandwich correctly.Vegetarian options: Get a boring veggie sandwich if you want lol.Parking: Plenty of parking but traffic on Broadway is always crazy.

Toaster was broken, they were out of grilled chicken, and this location no longer makes pizzas. We got cookies and drinks. Cashier was friendly but not wearing a mask.

Went into this subway bought two bacon wraps left and had a unloading job right behind there came back in used the restroom and male employee said I'll be right with you.and I said I'm not ordering I was just using the restroom and he said well we don't have public restrooms but ok...very rude.

On March 26th I went to Subway for my lunch break. The gentleman working was all alone. There were 3 people in line ahead of me. And he did such an awesome job filling everyone's orders 3 at a time. He got everyone out quickly and efficiently, he remembered what everybody ask for I was very impressed. Great job you need a raise. I love this store because it is family-owned and you can tell. When you walk in the door somebody says welcome to Subway.
