Simply terrible...I ordered 3 chicken tacos and they were so damn small. I got more dough than anything..I don't want to ever go back.

Young, ignorant teenagers run the business in later hours. Just had one send me the finger because I was arguing with a customer they let cut the line.Awful service, abhorrent food. Avoid this location if at all possible.

every time we order food here it is incorrect. tonight is a perfect example. we didn't get our drink the drink we did get was wrong and half of our food was either missing, made incorrectly, or cold as ice and tastes like it had been sitting out all day. DRIVE TO TROUP HWY. ITS NOT WORHT IT HERE.

I waited FORTY FIVE minutes for 3 burritos and a small drink because when i went to the counter I was told to use the kiosk. I had to pay in cash so after going to the kiosk I still had to pay at the counter. MULTIPLE people came and went, some were even able to sit down and eat for a good while before I was even helped. I made eye contact multiple times with multiple employees and even told then I need help but was still ignored. One of the burritos wasn't wrapped at all and when I unwrapped the others they were folded poorly or not folded at all. The bag was a complete mess and there was cheese and beans everywhere.

This was pretty rough. In their defense I came in around lunchtime, drive thru was moving along. I ordered through the tablet which was the mistake. I gave them ten minutes then talked to someone, another five minutes and I was set. I was in no rush but I wouldn't drive here on an hour break. The food was what you expect, don't dine in, the seats are brutal after an extended time. Stick to drive thru and things should be much better.

Told me they were not open to public and that I would need to sit in the drive through. I had waited 10+ min in the drive through previously and had called the store and no answer. After they told me to get inside and wait I also told them the keys to the store and the safe were just sitting inside the door. I could have walked out with the keys. Food was half put together half of it is missing stuff. Absolutely need to be checked by someone above them.

Every morning I pull up after 8 no one answers drive thru. Today its 845 I pull up call no one answers the phone. Pull up and blow finally someone's comes to window and tells me they not ready to o Iopen. First of all I only wanted a drink . You didn't even ask or say good morning. How can I help you. This store location is suppose to open at 8 am. An hour later and I can't get a drink?

The food is just not good anymore. I don't know what happened to them. I had to order from the kiosk because no one came to the counter. Waited 10 minutes for a burrito that was mediocre. I don't like giving bad reviews but Taco Bell is just not for me anymore.

1. Walked in and the person behind the register was on their phone.2. Use of language that was not very professional amongst the employees in the back (don't really care but it shouldn't be loud enough to where customers and myself can hear every word)3. Tables weren't wiped down and clean.4. Both of my orders were incorrect.I tend to write positive reviews but, with the list of reasons above, this seemed to be a product of neglectful employees.

My quesadilla was straight up burnt and they still wrapped it up and gave it to me. I wish I could add the smell because it smells awful
