Love this Taco Bell. It’s not the closest to my house but I go out of my way to go to this one. Most experiences in the drive through end up with the clerk and I cracking jokes and having fun at the speaker and the window! The best Taco Bell!

I spent extra money to customize a quesadilla by removing the jalapeño sauce and adding nacho cheese sauce instead. it came with NO cheese sauce and a butt load of jalapeño sauce! not to mention my fiesta potatoes had so much sour cream i couldn’t taste anything else!!

The people they have at the drive thru window are always very nice, but they always mess up my food. They forget the things I pay extra for every single time. It’s always something every single time I go to this location. I never leave bad reviews but I’m hoping they do something.

I usually don't eat fast food. Taco bell is the lesser of all evils. People inside where kind. And Food was good. Mexican pizza never disappoints. It's Taco Bell not a high end restaurant. For the money and for what it is. I give it a 5 star. Didn't have the burrito execution afterwards... That's a plus.
Employees have a lack of respect for customers. Food orders are wrong 5 out of 10 times inside dining.9 out of 10 in the drive thru. Plus, long waits for food.I guess if you're desperate for a single taco ? and you go inside and have time, you might be ok.There's other places to get fast food Mexican food in town. You might or might not pay a little more, but I gauretee you it's 10 times better, and staff are respectful to customersAnd you don't have to burn up your lunch break to get food that it's now too late to eat or maybe lose your job.I remember some years back when they were great, but last 4 years all downhill.Their main officeintown just makes excuses for them andnothingchanges.Our 26 folks group just have to say no taco?bell in town.Some of us do go to specifictacobells.Where we get respect and decent food in under 8 minutes.Good luck if you do Jacksonville, Texas Taco Bell, we call Taco Hell

Occasionally our order tends to be wrong or missing items, not always but definitely sometimes. The staff most recently have been friendly, in the past there have been some that weren’t so friendly and kind of rude. That issue has been resolved recently.
