Last time I was there a male manager got my order wrong but it's all good I still ate it but I'm not a beef fan so next time I will be more specific with my order.“

“I did drive thru. But the girl taking my order was an absolute gem. We just clicked. We were both just laughing. It was great. I felt so good the rest of the day.Wheelchair accessibility: I am in a wheelchair, but I chose to drive-thru. I am so happy that I did. She was a hoot. I noticed that there were several handicap ♿️ parking spots. I had the Beef Supreme chalupa Xtra Beef light on the lettuce and tomatoes.It was perfect.“
“The food from this location has always been great! Tonight, we had a VERY rare occasion that our order was incorrect, we were missing 2 items (which isn't bad considering we were feeding multiple people and had a larger order). My husband called and told them we were missing 2 items, he was told "no problem. Bring your receipt and we'll get you fixed up."I went up there with my receipt and said "my husband called about some missing items from our order." The manager immediately came to the front, knew what order I was referring to and took care of it personally. Great management, personable staff, and consistent quality/flavor are what keeps us coming back! 10/10!“

I will be coming back often.Parking: We parked closer to the entrance because it's easier to get out when the drive-thru is long however people are courteous and will let you back out. It's not a bad experience.Wheelchair accessibility: There's parking in the front for the handicapped and plenty of room for wheelchair to load and unload.“
“First thing I did when I headed into the building was headed to the restroom. It was a little dirty. However, I really appreciated the fact that there was only one stall in the room. It was privateI was not greeted at the counter, I ended up having to use the kiosk. It was No big deal as when I walked up to the restaurant I noticed one of the staff beeline towards the counter to help me. That was when I made the trip to the restroom. So I know that they were ready and willing to help if asked.The food took a little longer than should for an ultra-fast fast food chain. The gentleman wasted numerous paper bags because they were not perfect. I don't care about perfection, I do however care about the trees. I think this gentleman was concerned with the end product. I feel this is why the food came out slow and I had a perfect paper bag.Buuuuuuut!!! The food came out incredible for a Taco Bell! He paid incredible attention and I was amazed with quality.I would absolutely return to this Taco Bell to dine. I will even drive all the way from the bottom side of Tyler passing no less than 5 bells just to get to this location.The biggest accomplishment for a Taco Bell is remembering the sour cream! “For the first time in a very long time I got my food and my taco had the appropriate amount of cheese lettuce and meat along with my chalupa!!! Every single time that I've gone to a Taco Bell I get shorted on lettuce and meat and cheese!!! But not this time whoever is running the joint today and is doing food line hats off to you!! It was the best service I had with Taco Bell in a very long time!! Drive through dude was so nice!!! And I got my money's worth of food!! Good job you guys 11/21 at 3 pm!“
