I am a truck driver. I went to Texas Best smokehouse worst decision I could have made. I purchased the chicken no flavor at all no salt no pepper no nothing on the scale 1 to 5 on the food it gets a -5. Service was okay not the best. I would not buy this food not even to give to the homeless. I would never eat there again in my lifetime I don't even like McDonald's but they're chicken nuggets taste better than the chicken at TBS..... My Opinion & it matters

I cannot recommend Texas Best Smokehouse highly enough! They are located in Tyler on Hwy. 271. A big part of that recommendation goes to their exceptional manager, Barbara!From the moment we arrived, Barbara greeted us with warmth and hospitality. Her passion for great food and excellent service was evident in every aspect of our visit. She went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of fantastic!

Food was okay lil dry to be honest was on my way to Florida thought I'd try some Texas bbq after I trenched it in sauce it was ok look forward on next time hope it's better
Still looking great inside but the outside is a little trashed like the sign from the highway was damaged and parking lot looks like a trash truck exploded in the back parking and oh big potholes all around the truck parking it’s a little sad to see things getting rundown like this because I came here when it was new and so eye catching to where I’ve always wanted to come see and eat here again it had its better days

I come here for years and never have I been treated the way your guy did tonight hes over weight with missing teeth and chews chew it's was drulling down His face and shooting out his mouth when he spoke so disgusting and unhygienic while over the food... yall close in 25 minutes so the sauce pickles etc. Had been taken up I ask the Boy can I get some pickles and sauce and told him they are usually out on the table with sauce and he turned his back and wouldnt asnwer my question so I asked again and again thinking he didnt hear me he had blk drul from the chew dribbling down his chin as he tells me im rude for asking and throws a thing of sauce at me he was so angry he crushed the sauce container and starts yelling obscinities calling me a b---h a day much more disgusting words I won't repeat at me and i start yelling them back at him.he was. Clearly mad because customers was walking in just before closing.. its litterally been 15 years 1-6 times a month we stop here for dinner we buy whole slabs of ribs and plates everytime and thousands of dollars in fuel every month we will no longer be coming here as long as he is there... please see the cameras! The guy at the next counter asked me what happened I explained it to him and he said oh he's always like that.. and I walked out .

I bought an egg sandwich and they clearly on the label change the expiration date from the sixth to the eighth with a pen I have had food poisoning twice and I do not think this is OK!! This is an egg sandwich and already risky..smh What kind of people do that? Check your dates
