We are regular customers to Culture ETX, and this visit was a typically great experience! We always enjoy Kyle as our waiter! He really makes us feel welcome and is a gracious host! Food was awesome!
My girlfriend and I went to Culture ETX for Valentine's Day and we were looking forward to it! We were told in advance that we would be seated outside. We started with the cheese course which was $24 and did not come with bread or crackers, after having to reread the menu, the waiter refused to bring cracker or bread explaining we can buy a bread plate for $14, the cheese course is now $40. ABSURD! Next we ordered the salmon, spaghetti carbonara and the Crawfish Mac and cheese, the salmon was great and the carbonara was meh, the portion was too small, we never received the crawfish Mac that we ordered which speaks to the poor service. We enjoyed the bread pudding for desert which was unusual but tasty. Then to add insult to injury they charge a credit card fee at the end. 3% Was very displeased with the experience. Overall some of the food was good, some was poor. The service was worse than the food. The price was fine if we had gotten what we paid for. Will not go there again. If you are in Tyler skip this place.

We visited for Valentine's Day & a birthday. It was one of the best meals I've had with my wife. Our server was fantastic offering ideas for menu choices & drinks. He checked with us often, but not too much. We were close enough to the kitchen to watch meals being plated up & even had the chef lean over to ask us about our meal. We hope to bring our daughter & her husband here sometime soon. Thanks!

While this is a highly rated restaurant, with an adventurous southern styled menu, we left feeling like we didn't get their best effort on Valentine's day. Perhaps our expectations were too high, but the dishes were good, not great. The plating was kind of weird (piled arugula on top of the pork chop?) The said chop had at least 3/4" of fat around it, and our server was knowledgeable, but not entirely dialed in to dishes, ingredients, where they were sourced, etc.

Food was amazing. Service was very nice as well. Great selection of craft beer. You can only get cocktails from the speakeasy outback so it takes some time for that. Highly recommend.

As always, food is always fresh and fantastic. Tremendous service from Kyle. We had the tuna and salmon with a side of vegetables. Oh, and my wife ended with the death by chocolate cake which she said was incredible.

Amazing food with impeccable service. It was quite with updated music. It was also very personable as the chef came and asked how the food was. Highly recommended the death by chocolate cake if it makes another debut.

But wow, once you walk in and get seated and take a bite of food, you forget what the front of the restaurant looked like. The food was INCREDIBLE. We took note of how meticulous the chefs were about each plate of food. We loved the open kitchen watching the men and women performing their craft. It really felt like a performance - like a dance. Not one thing wasn't delicious. Then we made our way in the back for another surprise. This place didn't disappoint.

We come here regularly and have our favorite table and enjoy and appreciate all of the staff. Mitchell, who greets every guest upon arrival. Kyle, our amazing server who is attentive but not intrusive and takes the time to get to know our family and preferences. Executive Chef & owner, Lance, and all of his assistant chefs who make every mouth watering dish to perfection EVERY SINGLE TIME. This is our go to restaurant for every special occasion but also for a chill Tuesday night when we just want delicious food. We drive an hour each way to come here and it is SO worth it!

LOVE this hidden gem. Stopped by for cocktails and a light dinner. The atmosphere here is fantastic - great vibe, good music, and excellent service and attention by Micha and KJ. The craft cocktails are truly that and were all spot on. We all had the gatsby burger which I would recommend 100%!!! Also did a flatbread as a started and it was solid as well. Highly recommend a stop here when in downtown Tyler.

I have to say the bathroom was wild, as weird as that may sound to talk about when describing a bar. It's definitely worth checking out!
