The one veggie burger is ok, but usually falls apart (so you might want to grab a fork.)Like that they have barrels of pickles you can get you own and as much as you want.Speed if service usually fast.They have seating for large groups. Grabbed lunch today. The food was great, but the staff was fantastic. With all the sanitation concerns they were on top of things even in the chaos. All service related businesses, my own included, are running at a deficit and having to wing so much right now with all the unprecedented and unknown surrounding us. Everyone working had a smile on their face and was so kind and helpful in spite of the deafening silence and empty tables.

The food used to be so good and then tonight happened.. the burgers were over cooked and bland. so awful. The best part was the pickle bar sadly. Hoping it gets better

I highly recommend this place for a American Burger, took my mom and the kids for lunch last week, got the meal, American Burger, fries, vanilla shake, and it was great, cooked to order, huge burger. The people who work there are the best, friendly, helpful and go out of there way to make your dining experience a great one. Loved the music videos on the TVs playing the old MTV stuff, told my niece that's what MTV was like when I was a kid, fun too see those old videos, I haven't seen in years. The place is fun and casual, the food and drinks are excellent, the staff is great, I recommend it if you want a great burger, and don't forget to check out the velvet painting collection, and try the different flavors of pickles from the Pickle Barrels. $$

Reeeeaally liked the food - from superb hamburgers to incredible onion rings, and the people behind the counter were extra friendly and quite entertaining. Looked like they were glad to be there. Refreshing.

0 stars for costumer service. Came in on Sunday and sat at the bar, knowing we would need an appetizer to be served alcohol. After 10 minutes of not being acknowledged, we were told that there was no one to wait on us and "if we want food we have to go to the front". Your loss, twisted root. We are damn good tippers and took our hungry selves elsewhere. I have been in the restaurant industry for 8 years and would have been fired on the spot if I had acted like that. Figure it out, staff!

First time coming here. The line was long, then the guy at the bar said we could come over and he'd take our order. Got the shroom burger and it was amazing! I don't eat a lot of burgers but this was the best I've ever had! I highly recommend this place. Super clean, nice place to come and sit down to eat. My name for my order was Gwen Stefani (they use artist names). They play 80's music. Just a overall great place

The atmosphere is really great, and the food omg you have to try the burgers here they are soooooo good, and the guy at the front showed us the way they order and pick up food which is really cool too.
