Went thru the drive thru tonight and the guy taking our order was very kind and apologetic that it would be a minute for us to get fresh chicken strips. Then the lady who brought the food out was also apologizing that I had to wait for FRESH food. She even said they threw in a few extra strips for the wait. Will definitely eat here again.

Felicia helped us with our order and she was so kind. We had a larger group and our food was out in a timely manner. The restaurant was clean as were the bathrooms (at least the ladies was from my experience ?) our food was great as usual and the music wasn't too loud. We'll be back ?Kid-friendliness: We have 4 children so sometimes it feels like we are taking the circus out to eat. We received comments on our children's good behavior and the advanced mobility and vocabulary for youngest who just recently turned one. Aside from the youngest they all finished their food and said it was delicious. Those are all wins in my book. It definitely felt like we were welcomed and not a burden, it was an extremely welcomed difference to our normal dining with children experience

Asked for a triple burger with no veggies add bacon and clearly they didn't listen whatsoever. And these chili cheese fries are just a disgrace. I basically just fires with a side of chili. While we were sitting there the cashiers would non-stop staring at me or my husband, and it felt as if they didn't want to be there and didn't want us to be there either.

Every time I go to this location I’ve literally had to wait 20 minutes to get my food for dine-in. Two times they completely forgot about my order and I had to ask them about it to receive food. The worst part about it is that there is always two people at the front counter just talking and laughing. Service is terrible.

$15.00 is too much for a burger meal! I prefer the local burger places at a lower price and better flavor.This particular place is just like all the other Whataburger's, the food for the whole company has declined in quality but it beats out the other chain joints so it gets the occasional visit when convenient.It would have been nice to get the bacon on our bacon cheeseburger though.
