I had a bad Whatabuger experience in Longview when traveling back to Tyler that almost put me off Whataburger completely. I avoided Whatabuger a few times here in Tyler. Then tried it againat at my 5th and Beckham location, and was completely happy again. Staff was sweet, kind, reassuring and the place is always a step above as far as landscaping is concerned, which makes driving through a pleasure. I am a happy camper, thanks for making me feel safe in ordering here again, the food was fresh, hot and good.The Chocolate Malts are GREAT! - old fashioned, homemade!
I just spent $20 on a cold burger and a egg burrito i could have made at home definitely will keep making the 5mins drive to the one by planet fitness!!! Cuz this one sucks!! 20$ down the drain!!! Cuz it went in the trash!

I just want to give a big shout out to the great team at this location. I visited this location Friday 03/01/24 and the line was literally out of the door and the drive thru was wrapped around. This team did such an amazing job with customer service and quickly getting everyone taken care of in a timely manner all while doing it with a great attitude. My food came out fresh as well. You don’t see customer service like this anymore. Management and team great job!!!

My apple pecan salad didn't have any apples or pecans and no one in the drive-thru line could understand the server because of her thick accent. I'm so done with Whataburger!
