Ordered my food online at 4:30 got a message that the order was received at 4:36 I called and the woman that picked up the phone said my order had already been picked up, called my delivery driver and they informed me that they had not received it; it was until I called the manager and spoke with him that I was told my order had been sitting there, my order was not made until 5:30 and when I got my food it was wrong I ordered a Patty Melt and I received a regular burger not even what I ordered, this whataburger is extremely slow and rude when it comes to customer service

They don't have a clue about customer service. I was charged incorrectly and the "lead" told me I had to call corporate. It's been a week later and 4 complaints in and I have yet to get a response on a refund. Don't go here if you don't want to be charged for a wrong order and food to be cold!Also note this particular location is NOT locally owned.

yes. this one. the one on broadway and loop. its trash to me and all my friends at night. idk about the daytime but the 24 hours thing should be 16 hours good and 8 hours trash, because after sundown they dgaf

Horrible quality food. Messed up order. Ordered at drivevthru, order was read back to us. Got to the window and cashier didnt even have our order. Had to wait 23 mins to get food, and then the order wasnt even correct..wont return again.

Food is fantastic as usual. Service was slow at the drive thru, but it is understandable with staff shortages and the fact that they don't precook anything so it is always fresh. Still always my first choice for a fast food burger.

Curbside. Requested 10:25 to 10:30. It was not ready until almost 10:50. We were having lunch at the school with grandkids at 11:00. We were not happy. Went in twice to check on the food and told them we were in a hurry to get downtown to the school. If it could not be ready, they should have told us they could not take the order. Ordered and paid online.

Food was good, but the coffee was cold and not enough of coffee left to refill your cup. There was an employee working drive through ,who went to get coffee for someone in the drive thru .I thought she would tell someone that they needed to make coffee.

Ordered online and still had to wait a long time in lane A. They should have asked me to go to lane b. The workers were behind the counter just standing around. The burger was awful. The food was cold and it seemed they put two pounds of cheese on it. I didn't order cheese and there was a lot of it on both pieces of meat. It was so cold I could peel the cheese off in clumps. The veggies were really fresh. No worries cause there is a burger king near this location.

Whataburger is great, this location sucks. Prepare to wait in line for 30+ mins only to receive your order made completely wrong. I’m not usually one to complain when a fast food place screws up the order, but this has happened the last 3 times I’ve been to this location. Just go to a different whataburger unless you want to play menu & topping roulette with your order.

Way to long of a line and the wait time is horrible especially with online order, been in line for 40 minutes and still waiting!!
