My family and I placed a complicated order at this Whataburger while driving home from Virginia. Curtis, the Whataburger employee taking our order was fast, professional, detail oriented, and got everything right which stood out from all of the other restaurants we visited on our trip so much so that I took the time to write this. Great job!!!

We only ordered a coffee but we were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the employees. We’ve been all over the country the last 8 years and the only comparable fast food customer service is Chick fil A …. Good job Whataburger

I work around the corner so this is the best location for me. HOWEVER, 99 percent of the time they give me the wrong food. It does not matter if you order online, go inside or the drive thru. I am not sure what the issue is when the only job they have is food. Will just drive the distance to Old Jacksonville Hwy from now on. Sad when driving further will save you time because they can not seem to get a order right. I bet the thrown away food cost the owners a lot of money.

It was still dark outside and the lil lady at the counter was super nice and full of smiles and had nothing but good things to say about the place... My food was hot, the coffee was great, all thumbs up from this guy, thank you
