Me and my husband went today they had people using leaf blowers and lawnmowers while we were ordering. They couldn't hear us so we had to keep repeating the order. When we get to the window to pay we ask if she can repeat the order back to us she said a number 1 and a patty melt not everything that we had said and she ignored us. we got our food went home and our order was messed up we call to let the manager know while on the phone with the manager she is rude and people in the background listening can be heard saying rude things. The food was messed up and old and the soda tasted like fish water I have never had a bad experience at whataburger $27 for 2 nasty meals. You lost customers we go here once a week

Always love a good burger but pancakes have become very expensive. Instead, had biscuits and gravy.
Possibly the slowest drive thru and online pickup today. Good food just took forever everything was cold but the chicken biscuit I guess that's what took so long? This location needs training from Old Jacksonville hwy and grande location on efficiency and consistency.

The manager there is very professional, courteous and personable. The food was fresh, hot and made to order like I've always come to expect from Whataburger establishments. I like that the change in corporate ownership hasn't chsnged this location for the worse like it has in other locations.
