Placed an order online 15 minutes before I arrived, 35 minutes after waiting. My husband went to ask how much longer we might be waiting, they went to the back, came back and told him they have not even began working on it. While we both watched many people, with online orders walk in and out, including dine-in customers getting their food.
The cashier had a real bad attitude when i asked if my order was ready. When i got my order i had to reach over the counter to get it from the cashier. He had an attitude as soon as i walked in and im sorry you had to stop talking to your coworkers to assist me. Also the food wasn't good and i got fry crumbs instead of actual fries. I wont be going back anytime soon, this use to be a great location.

It was my last time visiting Wingstop, never again!I was waiting for my order for 45 min, and nobody warned me that it was overoccupied time.So I just got refound, and exactly at this moment they said, that my order is going to be ready. I didn't take any food, I left it for the managers, please eat this order, it's on me!

ordered take out for 3 people. drove 20 minutes one way to pick up and drive 20 minutes back home only to find one person food was missing. called to get a refund and manager refused and said we have to bring the food back so he can check. absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Will NOT be back!

Good food good service and everyone was happy and making jokes all around good except one of the soap dispensers didn’t work and the guys bathroom smelled bad they where making a effort to make it better but didn’t have there maintenance guy he was on vacation with he probably deserves but it shouldn’t smell that way in the first place
