After multiple visits, I've formed a solid opinion about this place. Firstly, they use Torani syrups, which are commonly found in many coffee shops, so it doesn't really set them apart. Other places like On the Grind, Jolt, and 7 Brew also use the same brand, easily available at grocery stores. Regarding the espresso, its quality leaves much to be desired. I struggle to taste the espresso in my drinks, even with minimal syrup pumps. Hot drinks have been lukewarm on several occasions. I recently witnessed a drink being made, and the barista poured some out after already adding the espresso due to an overpour, which might explain the lack of coffee flavor. Note that their 'mocha' is made with chocolate milk. Additionally, both small and medium sizes have the same amount of espresso, so those seeking more caffeine are better off just adding an extra shot. The medium size just has more milk and syrup. The music is often excessively loud, and the forced conversation at the window can be bothersome, although I understand it's part of their service. I'm sure some people enjoy the small talk. On a positive note, the staff taking orders are usually polite and address any questions I've had. Overall, this wouldn't be my top choice for quality coffee, but their non-coffee drinks might still appeal to some. If you prefer sweet, sugary drinks with a hint of mediocre espresso and catchy names, this place could be for you!

Being from Chicago and usually having Dunkin Donuts and sometimes Starbucks...I have to say we had several different drinks and they were all good. We had the iced cocomo, White chocolate chai latte , protein latte , cold brew , golden eagle and hot americano. If they ever come to Chicago I will definitely have to add them to my routine.

Best Dutch bros in SA hands down. Went here every morning before school/work and the customer service is next level. Didn't realize how great this location was until I moved out of the area and had to go to other locations. All the workers are super friendly and will remember you by the second or third time you go there.

This store has THE BEST customer service that I've experienced in for such a long, long, long long time. Of course their drinks are fantastic. Everyone knows this-- but to leave with a good feeling about anything in business, large or small and in between-- is mostly unheard of. Helpful, fun, and tailored to the individual's unique experience, 5 stars isn't enough. Thanks Ladies for making my day!

These people don’t pay attention. Lines take forever and then they want to skip people who were there before others. You’ll continue losing business unless you fix your process.
This is a drive up place, but they have a window for walk up which is a huge plus in my opinion, since it makes it accessible for me. I am not a coffee drinker but I love their chi tea drinks.Wheelchair accessibility: Their walk up window is wheelchair accessible, and of course if you are driving it is not an issue.

I’m giving Dutch Bros a rating of one because I can’t give a lower rating. Let me explain.I’m writing this review after several months have gone by. Why did I wait so long? I just wanted to be fair, as I know that a negative review can cost them valuable business. So, I waited for their “district” or ‘regional’ manager to follow through with her promise to me, their customer. Here’s what happened .One morning a few months ago, at their Kittyhawk Road location, I stopped by on my way to an appointment to get a decaf latte.I ordered my drink and noticed a sign saying no smoking within 30 feet of the ‘entrance’.I’m a considerate smoker so I moved more than 30 feet (where my car was parked) from where I ordered. As I waited for my order to be completed the back door opened and a young lady stepped out and demanded in an ugly tone of voice that I put my cigarette out as there was no smoking on the property.Notice the distinction between ‘entrance’ (where vehicles enter their place of business) and their order window, please. As stated earlier, the sign said nothing about a smoking prohibition on their property.I pointed this out to the young lady, pointing out that the ‘entrance’ was at least 100 feet away. She got louder, and so in an effort to diffuse the situation I put my cigarette out on the ground. This infuriated the Dutch Bros manager, and she stated that ‘I have to pick that up”.I ignored that statement ( as an employee of Dutch Bros she should have been informed of her groundskeeping duties).Seeing there was no way to placate the Dutch Bros manager I politely asked for my money back and left the premises. When I returned to my residence I called the complaint telephone number provided online for Dutch Bros Coffee and spoke to a ‘regional’ or ‘district’ manager who was appalled by the treatment I received and stated that Dutch Bros does not condone that type of treatment of their customers. She further stated that she would have the employee call me to apologize. I thanked her for time and hung up to wait. While working three days later I noticed that I had missed a telephone call and checked my messages. The phone message was from a Dutch Bros employee who stated that she’s like to talk with me. I immediately returned the phone call, was sent to the numbers voice mail, and left a message stating that I was sorry to have missed her phone call and would wait for her to call me back. That was over 6 months ago and I’ve never received either a return phone call from the location manager or upper management.I think I’ve waited long enough for Dutch Bros to make this right. In light of both that Dutch Bros employees’ attitude, and Dutch Bros upper managements obvious lack of concern for the treatment of their ‘valued’ customers, I can only conclude that they have no provable concern for their paying customers. My advice is to stay completely away from Dutch Bros Coffee locations.

Wow, this place is really good and great customer service. They are always busy, but they are hustling. If you need sugar-free drinks, this is the place to go. My favorite is the Golden Eagle sugarfree with almond milk, extra sugarfree Carmel syrup all-over. Don't forget easy ice. ?
