I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and every time I’m in Uvalde visiting my parents I try and stop by. I don’t know who their baker is now but I will say the quality of pan dulce has improved from the last few years. Great job! Very yummy!
I love how fresh everything is. Its clean and has an open wait area, and they have a large selwction of items. There isnt really a wait. The ladies there are always so nice, friendly and professional. I would 100% recommend!!!

The concha’s here are the best. They’re silky soft and never too sweet. The perfect compliment to a great coffee or a creamy hot cocoa. Most other places have conchas that are good for an hour after they’re baked, but like a great haircut hat lasts,,these conchas are crafter to stay fresh and soft for much longer. It’s impressive
