I only put 4 stars for service just cause the wait was alittle longer than expected through drive-thru. Usually they are on top of their game when it comes to drive-thru. Other than that love the food.
I definitely won’t be visiting this restaurant location again because of the rudeness of staff and the managers aren’t as nice either I called to make a complaint about the young lady at register simply because she was giving me attitude physically she slammed my drink on the table even though I wasn’t paying customer, the manager told me I couldn’t get an apologize because that was not necessary. He wasn’t even going to apologize for the rudeness of his staff, how embarrassing

I came in to Chick-fil-A because you know they’re known for their famous ice chips. Well, the young lady who took my order had an attitude and because I wasn’t a paying customer the manager told me I couldn’t get an apology.
Seems shrinkflation has hit the chick filA the wrap was way small with very of anything inside my salad was skimpy

This Chick Fil A hoards ice from pregnant women. After agreeing to serve me a couple ice cups in the drive through, they refused. Kind of a silly thing to lose a customer over. There are other options people. Plus it certainly wasn't their "pleasure" to serve me.
