Went to get a sub for a late night meal, first time trying firehouse subs. Great customer service! The girl working there really helped me with the menu and made sure to get something that would satisfy me! Will for sure continue to come to this establishment.

Let me tell you...im proud with how the workers handled a very busy afternoon. Yesterday, with all the customers coming in and out firehouse, the workers still greeted me with a smile and explained to me how busy they were and that the card machine was broken in a calm manner. I got my sandwich hot and with an amazing taste. I did not have to wait long for the sandwich either! Sanwiches are really good! Love this place!

I love Firehouse subs!! This location has TERRIBLE customer service. I wont speak on everyone there but one female employee and the manager… RUDE! My husband and I showed up around 10:27am( they open at 10:30) the open sign was on. I waited at door getting STARED DOWN for over a minute by this female employee who had just showed up as we did with her whataburger in hand. I walked in still being stared at and stood at the counter looking at menu (nowhere near the register) after a minute she walks past me toward the back raises her voice and says NOW we are open (in a very rude tone.) I was appauled! What in the what!? Told my husband lets go. Called the manager and he was steadily defending her telling me things like I didn’t know anything about her(do i need to? It’s called being polite!) and she walked to the back to turn on the lights(1. What does that have to do with anything? And 2. The lights were already on). Look.. I am a nurse so I can’t physically hurt this girl for acting crazy with me or I will lose my livelihood but jail time would have been SO worth it!!!!!! That’s how ugly she was to us. Its not like when I go work I can stare a patient down and be rude and get away with it. Customer service these days is drowning!! If I’m not part of the solution l, I am part of the problem. After calling the corporate office, this is my second attempt to fix this establishments rude people!

Their sub is no better than Subway no better than eating in a deli where you make the sandwich yourself I went in there wanted a glass of water to go with my coca cola they charged me $3.40 for a large cup of water I was like whoa that was exactly 20 cents cheaper than if I bought another Coca-Cola

The food is usually great but the employees are such a drag! Act like they don't care or care to bee there. Just such an awful atmosphere.

Stopped here for a quick bite while driving through town. All I can say is that if this would have been my first experience with Firehouse it would have been my last. The staff was friendly, but the food was terrible. I ordered the steak and cheese sub, which I've had several times at a different location, at this location it was so gross I couldn't eat it. The meat was super salty and the onions were completely cold. Highly suggest going to one of the many other restaurants close by.

A very great place to eat at. Wonderful environment. Amazing customer service. Everything that I ordered was perfection. This one outstanding employee made me feel welcome and explained the menu items so that I would understand and her patience while I was deciding what to get was greatly appreciated. Thank you and I will most definitely come back to see her.

*** We offer gluten-free bread, but because other items in our restaurants contain gluten, we cannot guarantee an entirely gluten-free experience***I am not at all confident that this location takes any precautions or training to avoid any cross contamination!I ordered 2 gluten free subs and some drinks via a mobile order. Arrived at the 15 minutes quote and it wasn’t even started. When they did start 10-15 min later, the employee cut open the gluten free buns that are individually wrapped to prevent cross contamination with the same knife she used on regular bread. They then proceeded to lay my gluten free bread down and dragged it across a board that was COVERED in regular breadcrumbs. Other locations use a dedicated knife and place the gluten free bread in paper or a box before dragging it across the board to make it.I asked why they didn’t do the same. They were irritated with my request. They didn’t offer to remake my food and gave me problems about giving me my receipt.I did obtain the receipt, but left with no food that had a $30 price tag.**Update. Reached to Corporate and was told the Franchisee would contact me. They have not as of 8/5. **

We in for a late lunch 2:30pm no other customers. We weren’t asked if we wanted to round up to donate to fireman. This place was filthy, floors needed to be swept & moped , drink machine needed cleaned. After we got our sandwiches the workers went up to the front & sat to talk & drinks sodas. The manager should pay them a surprise visit

While the food was good, the clerk advised that they only had diet fountain drinks. I asked for tea. She stated she didn't know I'd they had any they said we can get a bottled drink. She didn't ask any of the other staff if tea was available or offer to make any. Then when our food was ready, the pickle was left off of two of the orders. Not that pickles are that big of a deal, it just shows that of the 4 people working none of them really cared about serving the customers. Very sad.

Ordered hot sandwiches online, Was told ready at 1:20. Got to store and sandwich's made a lot earlier and where cold. Had to get my own drinks that I ordered and sandwiches got colder. I love firehouse subs always great but Victoria location was just unfriendly and didn't offer any help.
