With the exception of waiting to be seated, and several waiters and waitresses passing us up and no acknowledgement for atleast 10 minutes, once seated service was ok, food came in a timely manner and was good.

Order my kids some food after door dashing at 4am woke up to warm up they food and there was no whip cream plus eggs was missing.so I came in this morning around 8am to explain myKids food wasn’t made correctly the manger had the Audacity to tell me if I wanted the big show I need to come in and I told him customers food should be made the exact way they ordered it without any problems,money don’t grow on trees management should know better not to argue with customers period

I had a strawberry waffle with whipped cream and it is just mnmm. I recommend it and IHOP is open all the time so whenever u want breakfast u can have it. Whether it's 3am or 3pm, breakfast ther is great.Parking: Plenty if parking here. There is a Target, Ross, n Bed, Bath, n Beyond strip mall next to it plenty of parking.

First thing we walk in, there was only one waitress working. She got us seated quickly. She was first, but was stressed did to the volume of people she was waiting on. (not faulting her, she did great.)Now to the food. The pancakes fell apart, it was if you were eating it in layers. They stuck yo your mouth like peanut butter.The scrambled eggs were hot and good.The hasbrowns were lukewarm.The most disappointing was the chicken fried stake. It was hot but no flavor and not enough gravy.

This was the absolute WORST AND RUDEST wait staff EVER!!! I'd give them a "0" star if I could. Very interesting that when I mentioned my experience there to four other people that day, I was informed that they all have had IHOP bad experiences and will never go back. As will I...NEVER go back there. Those waitresses (2 in my experience) and the manager need customer service orientation!!! Don't waste your time or money going to eat here. Give other restaurants your business. I don't see how this IHOP is still open!

The manager “Sammy” seriously lacks people skills. He is rude, inconsiderate, mean and verbally abusive to his employees and is just terrible at his job. He doesn’t even know how to seat people properly as a host. The food was good and the service fantastic, but as long as he is employed here we will not support this bisiness.
