We were the only customers there. My breakfast meal #21 my eggs were over cooked. The other meal was made with the wrong bread. Couldn't finish my breakfast.

Open on thanksgiving . I’m passing thru and I always wanted to try Jack! Great choice food was great but the Service was impeccable! Ray and Brenda were so funny and fantastic customer service. I was really shocked.

The drive thru is bad. We literally waited close to 20 minutes before they took our order. Normally I would have left but I was curious as to how long it was going to take. They need better training for drive thru.

I should've posted pictures of the food I know seeing something helps me when I'm deciding what to eat. I'll try to do that next time.I've been to both Jack in the Box restaurants.I've been noticing that not too many go there. I think that might be becauseTheir understaffed, and maybe not as tidy as it can be. The one on Rio has had homeless go in at least while I was there, but their people just like me who for whatever their reasons they find themselves in that difficult situation. It that could happen to any one us, me. So I'm there often, because even though the former reasons are exist the teriyaki bowls and egg rolls are delicious, and fairly priced. So I'll continue to go not only for the food, but because I'd hate to see yet another business close down in Victoria. Not only will it hurt our economy, but the morale of the people who could lose their jobs if Jack-in-the-Box closed their doors.In a small, provincial, common way by making my presence known i'm saying that I'm rooting for Victoria TX, at large I'm rooting for the spirit of survival through difficult times. I'm rooting for the independent spirit of America that once made this country great.

I went to Jack in the box for an egg roll but they were out wanted to get nuggets but they were out. Had to settle for chicken strip. We got a burger but when we opened the box to our surprise it was 3 chicken strip. Like how do you mess up on that it wasn't busy no one was there! This was just ridiculous. Plus they didn't have much of a selection of drinks. Let me just say I won't go back to this place anymore! I wouldn't give it a star is I could but that's the only way to post it!

My teen daughter and I made a visit to this location tonight for a midnight snack . I waited at the drive-through but did not get an answer, so after waiting a while, I drove up to check if they were still open. The young man Jose took my order , gave me my drink, and politely asked me to drive around to the front for my order . There were a couple of cars parked in the front and I parked in the handicap parking right in front of the doors 1. For our safety since it was late 2. Because the area is known to have a lot of people walking through from the neighborhood in the back . As I sat waiting on my order, a man which I assumed was drunk , was yelling, and barging out the front door . He was so angry that I slightly moved away from my window towards the opposite side. I then noticed he was a manager !! A few moments later, the young man and a different manager came out and handed us the food, and I had to ask for the young mans name, which was Jose and I complimented him for being a great employee. The manager and the young man did apologize for the commotion that we had to witness.Food : Im rating 5 stars because our food order was correct ,it was fresh, they even included napkins and ketchup, and it was really good !Service: Im rating 5 stars for service because the employees that ACTUALLY provided our service remained calm and very professional under pressure . They deserved at least that!By the way,** I was not serviced my first round at the drive-through because the manager was disputing with the others while im sitting waiting with no service ( bad business for someone who is supposed to be responsible for a place of business and know that under any personal circumstance, your customers come first !)Atmosphere: Rating a 1 star, which is very unfortunate for the other manager, and his employees at their place of business but I really did feel unsafe for a minute and after realizing it was a manager making his place of business this unprofessional is really baffling.** I will be contacting corporate ! **

This place is ridiculous. I ordered delivery through there app, they sent an Uber driver with the wrong food, and then after spending 10 minutes calling to get things straightened out, I get sent to the store managers personal phone and since he "wasn't at the store" there wasn't anything he could do until the next day. Jack in the Box has just gone to hell here!!!

Management needs to hire more and train better. I get 2 chicken fajita pitas and they're made different every time. But the did is still good and service is best they can do w their limitations.

I ordered food from their mobile app. I got to the store, which was closed, even though someone had marked my order as completed. I have not been reimbursed in money or food. I have reached out to them on multiple occasions, and there has been no response for over two weeks now. This is the most disappointing thing that could happen for me. If you want to eat here I definitely recommend not placing your order on the mobile app.

This was the worst experience that I ever had at Jack in the Box I will never eat at this location again I paid 21.00 and had to throw it away omg I was in shock when I took out my food I had never seen something so bad in my life don't eat

i would give this place zero stars but that's not an optio, but I made a Mobile Oder and some how they managed to mess it up still even though I had to sit there for 30 mins after i got there and placed the order and the food still managed to be cold like how does that happen.
