Joe's is one of the best restaurants in Victoria! Food is always hot, fresh and delicious! Servers are great! And there's a nice type of "quiet" there! Nice prices! I recommend their lasagna and spaghetti with meat sauce! The spaghetti is enough for two! There sauce is made with love or something! It's that good!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes! When I broke my leg, I was able to get my Joe's fix!
Stopped for a pizza and salad.Service was prompt and the food was fresh.Loss of a star is over flavor.They brought out warm bread knots with a glaze of oil and parmesan dust. They look great but our expectation was shattered by how tasteless these were! We added butter and salt and still found them to be a puff of air wrapped in a cipher. As a freebee/salad-pusher I would not ding over this, BUT this was the crust for the pizza too. The pizza was missing an entire note of flavor profile. The sauce was sweetish with almost no acid. Cesar dressing had a similar profile.I would guess the flavors (or lack of) are a hit with the kids, but I've lived in Italian-American communities and feel the kiddos and their parents deserve something bolder.

I called in a To-Go order and asked questions about the dishes and what it all comes with. The lady that took my order was very patient and informative. I walked out feeling happy once I picked up my order and the food was delicious.
