Went today with my boyfriend. Absolutely floored by how good the spicy tonkatsu was. I’m an Austin native and didn’t have the highest expectations but was blown out of the water by how good the food was on top of the environment and our waiter Alex. Will definitely be coming back :)

I can't believe this place has been open for almost 2 years, and it was our first time there today! The food was absolutely wonderful! We started off with Tempura Asparagus and Spring Rolls followed by Teriyaki Shrimp with veggies and white rice! We will definitely be back. We can't wait to try the poke bowl!

We ordered the BBQ Buns, which seemed like they were bought frozen rather than made in-house. The Gyoza were delicious and fried beautifully. Two of us ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen and didn't eat even half of it. I ordered the Kikko Special and devoured every bite, although the pork belly was chewy, and so was the chicken. Probably also frozen and reheated meat. Another ordered the Tasty chicken and was pleased. We also ordered the tempura veggies, which were greasy and hardly enough for the table to share.Service was awful. We were greeted by a girl who didn't even smile, but wanted our order after just barely sitting down, then didn't come back for 15 minutes. We had to ask her to take our appetizer order and also our food order later. Her personality started to come out slightly by the end of the meal.We won't go back.

Poor service and atmosphere, stupid pricing. Walking in everything was fine ordered our drinks, got situated the usual, questioned the preschool music but got over it, the problem started when the server pushed the menu into me to set the drinks down. After that when we tried to order I mistook the time on the lunch menu and didn’t realize it was over, she took that mistake and decided to raise her voice and repeat a couple times taking my menu to flip it it, making others stare. We decided to leave and while we paid for our drinks talking to someone entirely different she decides to come over and start another commotion pushing the checkout guy out of the way and charging 10 mf dollars for a boba and a HALF a cup of sprite. We gladly walked the hell out of that dump.

This is my husband’s and I’s favorite place to eat Asian cuisine. The food is always on point, the wait is short, the prices are very reasonable, and the staff is friendly plus efficient. My two year old daughter absolutely loves their chicken ramen.
First time trying fried calamari. It was delicious. Second time visiting this location. Will be back soon.

I have a terrible habit of never reviewing my go-to, favorite restaurants, and I don't know why. This review is long overdue.I've got nothing bad to say about this restaurant. Great service, great food, great prices. I've never been disappointed here and I've had most of their menu items (various bento boxes, ramen, kimchi fries, mochi, eel, poke bowl, you name it). This is an excellent restaurant and well-worth the visit.My favorite ramen is the Tan Tan (seen pictured here). The eel (unagi) bento box is also lovely.
