Literally the worst place I’ve ever eaten at in a very long time. The few items that were available were either very oily or not cooked right. I never write reviews but this place had made me feel obligated to warn others.

This place is so new and staff still in training so we'll give them a bit of a break here. There just isnt a good flow yet that you see with seasoned staff...that will come im sure. The food was very good though one steak was overcooked. The seasoning, in my opinion, is a bit heavy handed and quite salty. Almost like a blackened steak. I'm sure I could ask for light seasoning and be perfectly happy. Stuffed mushroom were wonderful and the sides with the steak very good. Will definitely be returning!

Don’t get me wrong, food was amazing! our server Gracie was not. We saw her probably 2 times out of the entire time we were there, started out with just water with lemon for our drinks, took about 10 minutes to get our drinks and we never received the simple lemons the entire time we were there, and after asking 3 times we eventually gave up. we didn’t get a refill ONCE except by a manager which at that point we were already ready for the ticket. another manager had to also pick up our salad bowls because our waitress didn’t. a very unfortunate and unappealing experience.

Food is good, but the cooks do have heavy hands. The food was salty or over seasoned. Service was good.

Most of the food was really salty. Some were too much pepper. The only one good was the chicken fried steak, chicken tenders and fries. Corn on the cob was really good.Kid-friendliness: Good atmosphere

Visited on Monday after awaiting their opening. Great food. Large portions. Decent prices ranging upward. Chicken fingers are delicious! Wife got the chicken fried chicken, which was very good. Sirloin steak could have been flavored better. It needed more of the grill char flavor, but I did get it medium. Next time, I'll get it medium well and see. Broccoli is really good, as is the baked potato. I'll be back.

I give my rating as basic at 3 stars.Anything above they're doing great or area was better than average. This is a new restaurant so I can assume to have some hiccups. It was a 2 days ago on a Sunday around 3pm. Not long of a line so I assumed 20 minutes. It took us 25 minutes before we sat.It took an additional 10 minutes before we had anyone come up to us.The chicken fried chicken which should be easy came out with a hard crust but I haven't been to a LH in awhile to remember.Okra was good and mashed potatoes were okay.Daughter had a shrimp skewer which she wasn't liking and she loves shrimp but it was because it had a char on it which made it taste pepper.Overall it was the rating I gave.

First off my husband checked us in online, we acknowledged the hostess that we we're there. Told us to have a seat there will be about a 20 minute wait. Then my husband gets a text asking if we would like to sit at a high top table at the bar area to get seated sooner. Sure no problem, we get seated and no one acknowledged us for about 20 minutes. I finally get up and go to the hostess area and ask if someone is going to wait on us.Few minutes later a guy comes up and gets our drinks order and said there was a miscommunication at the bar that no one knew they we're to take our table.I find it odd that as many employees that walked by us and see us sitting at a table for that long with no drinks or anything someone could have asked if we have been helped.Mine and my husband's food finally comes out, our sirloins we're tough and seared too much that it was hard to cut into the steaks, we ordered the 6oz steaks and they came out like 3 oz. My sweet baked potato was still raw and not cooked all the way through. The girl from the bar came up and asked how is everything and I told her about my baked sweet potato, she brought me another one. Then explained to her about our steaks, she apologized for it and kept saying they were in the middle of shift change and the cooks probably we're backed up and in a hurry to get food out. Not sure how they could send out our food looking the way it didThe manager never came up to us to apologize about our food or our experience. We have visited multiple longhorn steakhouses out of town and never experienced this before.Very disappointed!!

Came in at 6:50pm and was told the wait would be an hour then asked for name and number.Sat down outside and waited.. and a nice elderly lady sat down next to me and she mentioned that she got a text for checking in. I’ve never received one and went back inside to confirm I have a reservation and they got my phone number correct. The young skinny hostess with dark hair kept reassuring that I’ll get a text when my table is ready and wouldn’t confirm my phone but instead just my name. After waiting nearly an hour. We decided to go elsewhere, never did I get that text that my table is ready throughout the whole night. If we didn’t decide to go elsewhere, we would’ve been waiting for hours for nothing.

Everything was really good. Waiting on the waitress was a little to long. the bakepotato was trying hard to ruin the meal. Way too much salt.. I will definitely go back to try more.

We visited on a busy evening with a packed house. Management made an exception for us for a table. Wait staff was flirting with other wait staff on break that was drinking, which resulted in lacking service…management filled the gaps when they could.Food was pretty great and I much prefer it to Texas Roadhouse.Atmosphere was also great; which I, too, prefer over Texas Roadhouse. All in all, a great place, and I’m sure things will get smoothed out the longer they’re open and get into the swing of things.

We were dumped from the wait list twice while we stood right in front of the hostess station. Our 20 to 30 minute wait was over an hour long. The pork chops and chicken fried steak were tough and overcooked. The rest of the food was barely warm. We've eaten at this chain in other cities, and everything was great. I think this location needs more time to get its act together. I'm not going back anytime soon.

Excellent service and food, the lobster tail was delicious, as well as the shrimp. Our steaks were cooked just like we like them and we were excited to know they had roasted street corn. It was an absolute treat, looking foward of them being here for a long time.
