The drive thru order accuracy is so bad I don't go through there anymore. I go inside to order, this time they managed to get the order wrong and I had to ask to get it corrected. I really don't understand how they can be so poor with their order accuracy. It wasn't even busy, maybe 3/4 cars in the drive thru and two tables of people inside.
Customer service was absolutely horrible. It's a shame to see so many employees standing around talking while there's a line of customers waiting for their order to be taken. The food was old and cold and the women's bathroom looked like a frat party was held in there with trash everywhere and the toilets all filled up with filth.
