Dont like that i cant order at the menu, issue too easy to fix to not have done it already. But the fried food is gooood, not ur average fast food. The chickilen dried steeak sandwich is delicious ?

Nice staff and delicious food for the value. This was my second visit, so decided to try the second location. Meal was tasty and the chicken fried to perfection, but coleslaw was still a bit dry. Onion rings were crisp as were the fries. Overall, it was a good meal.

We told it going to be 15 minutes order was wrong when got there then still had to wait more time
I mostly want to comment on the lack of customer service and proper phone edic. For 2 weeks I have called and called and called.. phone is either mostly busy or just rings continuously. Ben Jordan store is the one I'm referring to. Last time was the last time I will try. I guess they don't mind losing business because this has been a trend with them since changing from Texas Drive in.. oh well.. I'll eat elsewhere

Chicken was good. We ordered a 16-piece combo however, the sides are not commensurate to the amount of chicken. There were six of us and we got one "bucket" of mashed potatoes and one of cole slaw. So, each of us would get one small spoonful. The cole slaw was not edible, it had no taste. Maybe they should taste it before they serve it to customers to see if they would eat it. The sweetened ice tea was diabetes in a cup, but we did not know this prior to order half and half. Also, the indoor seating area at this particular location is very small.

Food is always good here the wait time is forever after the order is placed but I know they make it fresh I will continue to come to this place for many more years thanks moo-
The one on Ben Jordan is clean, well run and the food is hot and good. Their cat fish dinners are better than Red Lobster's. Prices are good and people are friendly and service is great.

The fry chicken meal was good n hot. The Burger meal was good too. Enjoy our Meals. .
