Not as good as it once was. Portions are smaller except overloaded on rice and noodles. Drinks cost to much. But thats just a sign of the times. Over all its ok and main courses are tasty

Was picking up a DoorDash at the Victoria Texas location on Thursday the 28th at 3:45 PM and I have been waiting for this order for 20 minutes when the managers are not here it’s ridiculous they have been making me wait for this DoorDash order for over 20 minutes now I have screenshots and pictures And all they’re doing is running around like there’s nothing to do. Please fix this make it better it’s not fair to the people who are delivering your food.

My family and I personally love the food at panda but the service is not great. I did a mobile order and went to pick it up through the drive through. The order was marked to have sauces and they did not add them and as we try to tell the worker at the window she walks off ignoring us and we knock on the window and ask politely if we could have some sauce. The worker replies there is some in the bags and shut the window and we took everything out and looked for them, thinking maybe we missed it. There were no sauces so we pulled around to the front and go in to get some and the workers blankly stared at us and asked what and we asked politely once again for sauce and they gave us 2 sweet and sour and 2 soy for 4 plates.

I was passing through and decided to stop and grab something to eat, I normally love Panda Express and when given opportunity to stop at one I do. This time I really regretted it. The employees were nice, bathrooms were filthy and the food was so bland. I order 2 different bowls, egg roll and crab Rangoons. Both bowls were ehhh, no flavor what's so ever, egg roll tasted like it had been sitting and soaking oil. I was only able to really eat crab Rangoons. If I had not of been just passing through then I would have called and complained but I hardly ever get down to where this Panda was located, next time though I will pass it up. I was so sick all night (I ate about 4 bites out of each bowls, 1/4 of egg roll and 2 of the crab rangoons)

Whenever a restaurant decides to lower the quality of their products, for whatever reason... it's disappointing as a customer. You can literally count how few pieces of veggies you get in your rice now. The rice also seems a bit lower quality grain, and trust me, I drive throughout the country, it's not 1 or 5 places I assess a chain restaurant on. I'd rather play more, than receive lower quality food.

Love this one location in Victoria, Texas. Always fresh, fast and tasty and they don't overcook my "green veggies" for my side. I prefer it to rice as I am always cutting down on my carbs. Mushroom chicken is the best.
