A couple of weeks ago my wife and I had visited this establishment only because they were open up late when we arrived we were never greeted so we sat down at the bar got no welcoming committee place was dirty nobody to be found we're looking for a few beers and some wings after about 20 minutes we got up and left one gentleman asked me what I was looking for and my reply was nothing now and we left ended up going to Buffalo Wild Wings such a shame this place is going down so poorly don't even know why they're even open would not recommend this not even on my worst drunk night

Pizza Hut pizza.... Was great and well above why is considered chain pizza. Pepperoni was tasty and crispy. Green peppers were fresh and flavorful. We had a stuffed crust pizza too. The cheese was creamy and melted like it should be. 2 pizzas and breadsticks were hot. David M the driver was courteous and spoke well of his teammates and leaders when I inquired about the great quality of product. Will be ordering again.

Pizza Hut on 7002 NÉ Zac Lentz Parkway has THE NICEST delivery guy. I wish I caught his name. He remembered we have dogs and a little one that’s sleeping so he called before he came to tell me he was walking up the driveway. Had a nice little convo with him and off he went! Being kind and little things mean the most!

Got a pizza from Pizza Hut in Victoria Texas. Spent $20 on a pizza that I can’t even eat. The crust was absolutely not done. When I picked up a piece of pizza the crust would just fall apart

All of the staff members at this Pizza Hut are extremely nice and respectful every time I eat here, whether it's dine-in or carry out. The pizza is always quick & ready right on time and it's absolutely delicious! I also appreciate the contactless curbside option that is available. Thank you for making the best stuffed crust ever! My cheese-loving heart is so grateful.

Horrible costumer service, nobody offers you drinks or forks. The cashier even gets mad when you ask for drinks. The other lady helping him had both earphones on and the phone on her hand

Waiting an hour and a half for food while dining in. No refills no service. They told us they're working on deliveries first. Won't serve us drinks and the bartender was very weird with us and then when the food came out only half of the table got their food.
So me an my squadron pulled up on a Sunday night (approximately 9:00) we walked in and never got greeted, so we sat down and we were there for 30 minutes and no one even took our drink order. Multiple workers passed by and didn't even glance at us. Shittiest customer service I've ever seen.

Called in early to feed my soccer team. Was going to feed the girls at 12:30. Things at the tournament changed up, so we weren't going to be able to make it till 1:30. Called the store to let them know we would be an hour late, manager told us that the buffet would be shut down at 1:30 and that we couldn't get the buffet if we showed up at 1:30. The guy told me he was the district manager and his name was Antonio. I called the other Pizza Hut on Navarro, they were able to accommodate us and help out my girls. Things change for sports teams, and I have had good service at other Pizza Huts, some reason this Pizza Hut didn't want my business.

Lost a star only because I never got offered a drink refill. I walked in, uncertain it was the correct entrance, and was greeted by no one at all. I had to walk around and find the register area and asked if I just seated myself wherever. The lady, in what I'm guessing is a managers shirt, followed me to where I chose and asked me if I wanted a drink. She brought it and asked if I was ready, I was, so I told her my order. After a good while, which I expected, my cheese sticks were brought to me, and I asked for an extra marinara sauce, the cups they were in were tiny! They brought it out to me, I thanked them, and I didn't see them again until I went back up to the register to pay. No drink refill, never asked how everything was, nothing. I don't mind the privacy and all, but I chose to eat at the restaurant to be serviced, not abandoned. The food itself was good, but I thought the cheese sticks were supposed to have seasoning on them? I know they used to but they might've changed. Bar area was comfy and clean, and the TVs were all placed well to watch from wherever you sat. Not too sure I'll be returning to this location, overall awkward experience.
