Used to have good food. I'm not sure what happened, but I'm going to assume it's the wait staff. This last time we visited our experience was very poor. From management working that day to the front staff.The first thing we heard when we got in was that the card machine was not working, either pay cash or go through drive-through and order, we were already inside so we asked "why not take my order and run it through the drive through register (there were no vehicles on line) staff rolled their eyes and made faces, but they did it, not so happy to oblige, another group came in and they were told the same...group stated "we have no cash, we are not going through drive-through, we want to dine in here"... staff said "there is nothing we can do"I was very disappointed with their service, I hope something is done about this.I know the group left and made it clear they were never going back.We got our order, got home and sad to say we ended up throwing EVERYTHING awayChicken tasted funny, not the same taste/flavorBiscuits looked and tasted oldNever again.. good bye Popeyes in Victoria, Texas.

Update 11/29/23 We gave you guys another chance tonight, again you were out of everything we attempted to order. Unfortunately Popeyes is off from our list of places to eat going forward. It's no longer worth even considering you.11/26/23 Ok. Just rolled through like 20 mins ago. Out of nuggets, no problem, ordered tenders and two mashed potatoes instead. Got to the window and was told they were out of tenders at the moment and were cleaning the fryers so it would be like half an hour. No problem, we ordered the two large mashed potatoes because there are clearly two of us in the car at the drive thru. Get home, they gave us one spoon. Smh Popeye's you failed us.
