Whoever night shift was taking order on February 19th around 10:50-11:10 was completely plain and didn’t provide any customer service and asked which drink is which and he said it’s on the top but both of them literally are diet . Than he said them wrong ! The coke tasted flat and the food was awful! I would love if a manager could reach out to resolve this !

The food is good as always. I and my grandfather were very happy with the service. The cashier was well mannered. Food came out in a matter of minutes. Hearing the workers laughing and talking gave the atmosphere a warmer more friendly vibe. And an A+ on cleanliness.

Went to Wendy’s because my son loves the fries, ironically the only thing served hot. The wife and I got a burger each that where literally cold to the touch. When we first got here we couldn’t even see any workers except the one who was watching tv on the couch. Then all of a sudden 4 workers

WORST FROSTY EVER! We ordered a regular frosty and got the smallest frosty ever. Got a large and it was small too, pretty disappointing. More importantly though, it MELTED SUPER FAST, like way worse than the runniest shake ever! if this is the new frosty then Wendy's can keep it! For us it is a never again. Also, the fries were weak, thin, and just not good like they used to be. Whatever new and improved Wendy's is on about, the QUALITY of their food has become for us new and a LOT worse. We will not be back.

WORST FROSTY EVER! First, Frosty has SHRUNK, a LOT! ! Second, the frosties we ordered MELTED SUPER FAST they were worse than the runniest shake ever! If this is Wendy’s new frosty, we will NEVER buy one again! Yuck Wendy’s, a HUGE FAIL! Finally, the fries are weak, thin, and not like they used to be, did not like them. Would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND Wendy’s at all. Poor Dave, he must be rolling in his grave.
