Employees works great as a team member of Whataburger. Wait time is short and team members are respectful and quick to serve you or any customer. Great food.Parking: On Navarro plenty of parking, Houston Highway has great parking as well. Whataburger on Rio Grand difficult to park. Near an intersection and traffic is always busy in that area.

Food has gotten REALLY TERRIBLE!!! Fries were Cold and Hard as a Rock and the Size of the Burger.... Well, They Use to be Big , Now their about the Size of a little Cheese Burger and No Flavor, So So Sad ... Won't be going Back...

This place needs a revamp in staff and the timeliness and quality control of how thing are done, when i think of fast food i think you should be in and out with 15-20mins tops, everytime we come here it takes at least 45mins through the drive through, and either we don't get the whole order or the order is messed up in some way.

The lobby and restrooms are always clean. The service is usually pretty quick in drive thru and in the lobby also. The employees are friendly and helpful and patient as well. In my opinion the food is always #1. ?

Time for a corporate visit or something at the whataburger on 8908 N Navarro St in Victoria TX, this review was going to the official site until I realized they gave me the grill receipt so I can't even use my survey code.Upon arrival I made my order the cashier who was in a rush to leave wich caused her to seem careless but not rude or disrespectful.i was inside however she still made my order at the drive thru cash regrester assumingly because her regrester was closed.My food arrived relatively quick and it was made accurately however the onion rings I ordered were double dipped in the fryer possibly, because they were extremely bland a little more darkened than usual and a little bit more crisp regardless the flavor was burned out.Every trashcan within the dining area was full.The paper advertising on the tables advertised the white chocolate raspberry shake but when I went to order that shake they said they no were no longer making that product within the store.

I ordered 4 bacon/egg taquitos and was asked to move around to wait. I watched every car behind me get their orders and after 15 minutes, I went inside to get my order. It was with an employee working the window. He said they made it fresh and handed the bag to me. I have no idea how long it had been sitting, but I'll go in next time.
