Everytime I order from here, I gotta wait for like 20-30 minutes longer than when I lived in Bridge City. And this time around they put a cup of ranch in with my cinnamon sticks instead of icing.

Always a wonderful treat for my family. Last night was no exception.
I need the Pizza Hut website to work better. It's SO SLOW.I forgot my password and it wants to send a reset to my email, but it never arrives, in ANY of my mailboxes, even spam.I can't create a new account because I only have one phone and my old account is associated with that number.This is SUPER frustrating and makes me want to just call Domino's!

Had all kinds of issues getting the app to work, forgot my password and tried to reset it but the link I get emailed does literally nothing. I ended up just ordering over the phone and it costed more that way. The meat lover's melt had an absolutely pitiful amount of cheese in it, looked nothing like advertised or even close. By the time I got it it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while and the crust has gotten extremely hard. Very disappointed and will not order one again. For the insane price ya'll charge I expect better food, guess it's back to getting little Caesars and throwing it in the air fryer for 5 minutes so it's actually cooked. Then I can get some actually good food for dirt cheap.
Ordered on the app for the first time. Wanted well done so not sure how long it would take. Set up for a time but got there before it was made. They got to work to make it right and hit it out of the park. Well done and great! Thank you pizza hut!

Delicious pizza! But, they're going to charge a delivery fee, then they need to make that known to the customer when they're asked delivery or carryout.

Vidor Pizza Hut hit a home run on my last order. Pizza had adequate amount of toppings spread evenly around and I actually got the extra cheese I paid for... The pizza maker on this shift obviously cares about the quality of the pizza's being made.
