No cash? And you only stick your head out to command me to place my order on the tablet. I guess I wasn't moving fast enough for you? I was the only one in the shop, so what's the rush? And what happened to a friendly greeting and customer service. And what am I tipping for when I am doing all the work? Much better boba places in town with employees who care and take cash.

The food and drinks where really great! Though I’m not a fan of the new tablet ordering. I miss when I could just tell them what I want and how I want it. It also, let me tell them certain things that aren’t available on the tablet. The area in the place feels damp and sticky. If you where to knock out these things it would be perfect! They also, have a ton of drinks that are very open to vegan and vegetarian people. I’m not vegan or vegetarian, but I have friends who are and it’s very helpful for them. Also line space and bathroom space is perfect for people in wheelchairs or walkers. It’s also very cute and aesthetic, making it very appealing to children.
Great place and great food! Highly recommend the eggrolls, custard, taro milk shake. This is my go to place when I was still in Waco and a great place to study and review for exams. Now we always make time to go whenever we pass by Waco.
Their online menu is accessible on their website via QR code. I would need to use another phone to scan this. Why are each location's menu accessible via QR code, without any other way to view it...
Such great potential! Loved the ordering process. Unfortunately Spent $40 on four drinks and tip only to find the mochi completely undercooked and the ‘half sweet drinks’ to be sugar licks. Definitely try the drinks before you leave the shop to make sure you’re getting what you ordered.

Cute place! Nice and cool inside. Ordered a tea and milk tea and both drinks were excellent. Also ordered a snack tray of the chicken dumplings. The whole order fit inside the palm of my hand, too tiny, and burnt. Had to ask for a refund on those. The girl behind the counter was very accommodating and understood why I wanted my money back. Other than that, I would come back for the drinks!

I don’t get why there are some negative reviews on this place but ok, you do you hun:/ Anyways here is my review, I honestly love going here to get boba even though I don’t really go here everyday but at least 1-3 time a month. But every time I go here the place is so neat and cozy, just wonderful vibes and I usually come with my sister. Although sometimes there is no boba but that’s ok cause I understand of the boba shortage that’s been going around. Besides I’m fine with the brown agar instead. Of all the other boba tea places I’ve tried, this is by far my favorite place to go:)
