I wasn’t in a hurry, he said it was done - but the pizza was soggy by the time I got three streets over. Take your time and do it right, I’m sure it’ll be consistently good. A lot of money to spend on two sponges though.

Extremely good delicious pizza!!! Offered variety of toppings. Pricing was reasonable. My girls enjoyed it. Excellent service. Found this place next to the Cheese cave. Really glad we stopped during our drive.

Got a pizza yesterday at the Dollar General in Riesel. First time having Artisan Oven, pizza was amazing. Wish they offered more meat toppings but my pepperoni and sausage pizza was bomb! Will definitely keep an eye on the schedule and visit again when they’re in the area.

It was delicious! I ordered the smoke salmon pizza on cauliflower crust and my boys had cheese pizzas. Everything was great. And the ranch dressing was sooo good!

Our family attended the homestead fair and we purchased one whole pizza and one slice. They told us the wait time would an hour. So we were okay with that considering their were long lines everywhere. After an hour of waiting they told us our pizza would be ready soon. After waiting an hour and fourty five minutes, they then said it would be at least another fourty five minutes, but obviously we were not about to wait two and a half hours!!!! We noticed that they couldn't keep everyone's order in the correct order cause they were calling people who had ordered after us and looks like they just had one oven and some very young boys who didnt look old enough to be legally working cooking the pizzas. We got our money back, but it was time for the afternoon singing to start so my four children and husband had to wait till after we left the fair to eat lunch since even after the singing the food lines were still extremely long. If Artisan pizza cannot handle the volume of people at this fair, then you don't need to sell there. They never did apologize for this happening! We have come many years to this fair, but only takes one bad experience to not want to attend again

We we’re staying the night in Waco immediately in the aftermath of historic winter storm Uri. The roads were horrible coming up from Corpus Christi and we hadn’t stopped for lunch. We arrived in Waco to discover that most of the restaurants were closed. We were on the verge of settling for McDonald’s when we spotted the Artisan Oven trailer in a parking lot. We were pulling a travel trailer so we parked a bit away and walked over. It was an icy walk from the truck and back. W

Awesome pizza! The crust was amazingly crispy and the Alfredo was homemade! Loved it!

Lots of great finds there. A little pricey but worth it for those hard to find items like grass-fed ghee, etc. My family really had their hearts set on the Homestead Restaurant Apple pie but it was out of season, however, I was able to order one at the bakery inside the market. They were so helpful and accommodating. I'll have fresh apple pie for my family on Valentines Day!

BEST GROCERY STORE IN THE WACO AREA! They have everything!! I bought the best chocolate stuffed croissants I've ever had in my life. I'll be buying more of those for holidays and events! They sell Brazos Valley cheese which is the best and healthiest cheese ever. They have every health food item I needed: oil of oregano, elderberry syrup, and so much more. They even sell fresh organic veggies and fruit from the farm. This place is a dream! The cashiers and staff are so helpful and friendly, I just love shopping here! Highly recommend hitting up the BBQ place and the gift shop for their beeswax candles too. Worth every penny! I promise you!

Outstanding service and food. It is organic and fresh from the ranch. Tabatha our sever was friendly and helpful. We had the club sandwich, soup and grits. All were very good. The turkey is sliced and has a Cajun type seasoning. The soup was sooo good, fresh ingredients. We finished off with a free scoop of ice cream.

Very delicious!! Come on Saturday mornings when they have a larger selection. Warm chocolate cressants ,warm fluffy blueberry muffins or good old sourdough round bread..you'll definitely be back. Enjoy!
