Do NOT bother to put in an online order for this place. I made the mistake of doing this for an event but they never bothered to check the system or even print the order. When I arrived for pickup they lied and said they were working on it and it would be ready any minute. I kept checking and every time they would lie and say it would be out any minute. After waiting thirty minutes, someone finally checked the system not realizing what had happened. That employee told me they never printed the order so all that for nothing. Never again!

Service kind of sucks tbh. I ordered a number 4 and the girl working there put the wrong number in the computer. I'm not sure if she couldn't hear me because it was loud but it really wasn't that big of a deal. I tried to tell her that what she put in the computer wasn't what I ordered, but she continuously spoke over me. I only have a 30 minute lunch break and I wasn't about to spend it arguing over a pretzel. Probably won't go back.

They "no longer sell Glazin Rasin" but it depends on who you ask cause they have to make them to order and try to discourage you telling you I'll take 20min+ with no wait.

The food is okay. Not the greatest but fair. They could use better management. We got our food in a timely fashion because it was already prepared. I waites 6 minutes for 3 drinks. A frozen strawberry lemonade, frozen raspberry mixer, and a Dr Pepper. The young red headed gentleman started on my drink order. Now mind you, he prepared the first drink, which was the frozen strawberry lemonade. Which, sat there for about 4 minutes. While he was making the person behind me their drink. I don't know what it was but it tool him exactly 4 minutes to prepare it. Meanwhile, I was waiting for my other drinks which were the medium Dr. Pepper and frozen raspberry mixer. I thought the drinks he prepared were for me but he made that drink specifically for the person behind me. I was embarrassed thinking those drinks were mine. He said that drink is for the other individual. I asked him where are my drinks? He said I have to make them. That is unacceptable customer service. This is one of the reason why I will not be coming back or spending my hard earned money on a place that discriminates a person who is not the color of acceptance. I do feel discriminated against. Auntie Anne's in Waco you need to do better. The time is now 3:46 PM 06/10/23.

I have worked here recently so I can say when i go when I'm off i always have a good time. Food is good and the people are nice it may take sometime to get you're food but it's worth the wait.

Well first of all auntie Anne's is my favorite pretzel place this location is horrible no food ready team has no communication what so ever with each other manager not close to the team focusing on having a team that works well together . There are alot of people working and Noone knows what's goin on and how long before food is ready I gave it two stars but not worth that

My boyfriend and I love stopping at Auntie Anne’s and usually have no problems, however, this previous visit we had ordered through our app and waited over 20 minutes past our pick up time for our food. Management is just not great at this location. I understand being busy but there’s no reason for me to wait an additional 20 minutes with little to no communication from the team.

Was in line for over 20 minutes and when I asked for an item they said ANOTHER 20 minutes even though the food was right in front of me, but it was for a ‘online order’ so if you don’t want to wait over 40 mins here and a place that doesn’t value in line customers I’d go somewhere else

I have been going to this location ever since I moved back here 9 years ago and have always been pleased, with service and product. But today, I was a little unsettled. There was only one person that had on gloves while working with raw dough. I observed a young man that handled the raw dough twice moving it from place to place, without wearing gloves. He handled a tray in between handling the dough. I really feel like if they are going to handle the products, whether raw or removing it from the cooking tray that they be gloved. I will be back, but I left the line and did not purchase today. Thanks.

Standing in line noticed one of your employees making pretzels was not wearing gloves. I thought that was a health code violation especially when he is walking around touching other items never saw him wash his hands either. I left did not want your pretzels after I saw that. Janet

The cleaning sees to not exist. Not so busy they couldn't clean. All 4 tables un clean and 4 people behind the counter. Some one should have taken the initiative. Really bad. 10 minutes Waits shirt to none existing lines.
