A hidden Waco gem. The food is great, although the biggest flaw is the service. I would recommend ordering online otherwise you're going to have a four hour experience.

Not a bad Thai restaurant in Waco but not the absolutely best I've tasted either. It's good if you are not familiar with Thai food or if you have kids that don't eat spicy. All the dishes we ordered was favorable and it had a lot of vegetables which I really liked.Service was attentive but not spectacular. Overall I would still recommend.Kid-friendliness: There is no kid menu but easy to share and food is not spicy. Very suitable for children.

Pad Thai is good, but the service is absolute GARBAGE. The people are so effing rude for no reason. I hate dealing with them for takeout orders. Too bad their noodles are hella good, otherwise I'd never come here.

My family and I have been going here for at least 15 years and it’s still the best Thai in town! I recommend getting the Pad See Eew or the Goong Pad Prig Pao. The coconut ice cream and sticky rice is divine! They make the coconut ice cream in house and it is unforgettable.

Always great food, consistently good. Perfect place for before or after a basketball game.

I've enjoyed eating at Bangkok Royal twice now. Both the food and service have been phenomenal. Tom Kha Kai soup Tom Yum Seafood soup Panang Curry (protein choice: pork) All three dishes with great flavor and hit the spot. I do wish the curry dish had a thicker sauce and that they offered the soups in a larger portion.

Never going back!We were in the Waco area and decided to try the Thai food here. To begin with, the guy that took our order had no interest in doing his job and was reluctant to answer anything. We ordered the Pad Kee Mao (always been a fav dish of mine) based on the reviews of this place and the menu highlighted this as one of their popular dishes. We were utterly disappointed at how the dish looked and tasted. It had a very starchy texture and the noodles were broken into tiny pieces. I have never had pad kee Mao this bad in my life! When we expressed our concern to the server.. his exact words were "we order the noodles from outside, so we cannot guarantee how it will come out. Next time order the thin noodles". We had nothing to say in response to his reaction.Overall a complete disappointment!!

It was a totally different evening for us. My son and husband and I just needed something to eat, and usually we do sushi, but this time the hubs said we need somethin different. And so we came here. Their fried egg rolls are to die for, the wonton soup......omg. and my Hubby had I don't know what it was but it too was delish. We will be back.
