Didn't have any product out of 3 we wanted. No cones or waffle bowels. When asked she said "what you see is what I have". Just flat rude, horrible customer service. Don't waste your time.

Ordered banana split online & paid for in advance. They were out of 2 flavors I wanted, and out of bananas. Lady said I could get a refund on the app if my card was on file, she wouldn’t do it. Horrible attitude, like I was an inconvenience when I had to change my order to something else on the spot.Go to one of the other locations in Waco, the Hewitt location is a joke.

Despite the bad reviews I decided to still give them a try. I’m not sure why they’re even open at this point. They were out of a lot of things and barely have any flavors to choose from. I thought BR has 31 flavors. Everything I tried to order she said they didn’t have, despite it being on the menu. Went to heritage creamery instead, local business with homemade ice cream.

This location is just awful. It's always not great but this recent trip there was the worst. It was early in the day around noon and the doors were locked . So we went through drive thru. They were out of many things we wanted and the lady had a nasty attitude .

Employees were kind and working hard. Cake I ordered was ready in under 24 hrs. Coffee I got was a little old but passable. They only had 3 people, one person being new. I didn't get ice cream but the selection was great.

This morning I went through the drive thru and the service was not great. When I got to the speaker all I heard was "move forward". I found out that the worker said "Christi, move forward". She made me drive all the way back around to the speaker to order when there was no one there. I would think when there is a mobile order you ask over the speaker first and just don't tell the customer to move forward assuming that it's the mobile order? I also realize that in the app now it says scan your barcode first before paying. However, it was my first time using it and I was not aware of this, I pay and then ask about the scanning and the worker laughed at me and said I needed to scan it before paying and closed the window. This incident this morning added to my already hard day at work. I usually don't take the time to leave reviews after mean service but this was not a fun way to start my morning.

One star to leave review; it’s an “ice cream shop” but has only 4 flavors and that’s not including a simple vanilla. Truck will be in Tuesday, it’s Sunday. Employees could care less, on phones sitting down between customers.

The main issues with this location are lack of staffing and poor management of ice cream flavors. I’m basing my review on an accumulation of experiences. In the past, have apologized for being slow due to staffing issues. It is typical to have to request multiple flavors through the drive through because our requested flavors are not in their case. Today, they literally had NINE flavor choices in their case. Baskin-Robbins is supposed to be the home of 31 flavors…why is this not the case with this location?!? It’s so sad. I really want this location to thrive! Get it together, y’all!Note about the picture: You’ll see more than 9 tubs of ice cream. Several are duplicates.

Always out of stuff, like milk! I went tonight and got a sundae and my ice cream was SOUR. I called to tell them and try to get my money back and no one will answer. It's always a disappointment here.

I went for the Saturday promotion and had a coupon for a $1.99 Cappuccino Blast. The employee seemed to not know about the coupon as they didn't give correct change. Also, I asked another employee how much the donut holes were and was promptly corrected by them, "those are not donut holes, those are Munchkins. I asked again and I was told each one was 50 cents....the menu didn't have them listed. So extra star for the coffee I got that tasted really good!!!!

This place must be open still because it's a drug front haha. What a joke!

Paid 3 1/2 dollars for a single scoop, and was handed a smaller than kid size portion. Not the first time this location disappointed me but it is the last time. Add to that, what is a scoop of jamocha almond fudge without the fudge. Service was super slow too. Can't speak to ambiance as this was drive thru.

My kids loved the ice cream and Coffee was delicious. Staff was very kind.
