Consider this actually being a zero. I called this morning because the website was down when I tried to place my order. So I placed my order over the phone to pick up at 3pm. I went early but I understand if my order would not be ready. My problem is I stood and sat for 10 minutes and no came to the front. Mind you it's now 3:02 and I'm still sitting while I'm waiting on my 3pm order.. Anyway I has to go find a waiter to get any kind of help. He tried to seat me and I told him I needed to pick up my order. He stated he needed to go find someone. He came back 10 minutes later to ask what was my order? I told him he left and came back 10 minutes later to say they are working on it. It's now 3:08 and no food, no workers. It's not busy at ALL I've watched 2 couples walk in and out due to no one employees helping them. A young came and asked me what is the name on my order. Finally a guy cokes and hands my food and walks away. I had not paid for my food yet. I had to ask someone to ring me out. Of I were shady I would have walked out without paying. Needless to say this experience SUCKED thanks for allowing me to never come back. Oh I finally got my food almost an hr later

I placed an online order to be ready at 6:40 and I received my order at 7pm finally after waiting 20 mins and then items were missing from my order and it was so unprofessional and they had a long line of customers waiting for their online order as well. The service was horrible and I feel like they need to be more organized and I’ve had to wait for an hour for an online order that was placed in advance for a reason I could have dined in and received my meal faster.
My family and I have visited this establishment on several occasions. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has been consistently awful. The first couple times I was optimistic it was just an "off" day.Like many other families, we are on a budget and don't get to go out to eat often. When we do, I have some expectations when it comes to the quality of the meals I am paying so much money for.Buffalo Wild Wings has earned its reputation for having good wings; however the ones at this particular location have NEVER been good. Every time I have been here, the wings are cold, dry, and undersauced.Not sure what is going on with this location, but I hope they get it together. I don't anticipate coming back. I'm tired of being let down.

Incident date 03/16/24. Steer clear from this BDUBS. I frequent many bdubs and this place is far from clean or efficient. I made a pickup order at 7:00pm to pick up at 7:30. I get there and foods not ready. No big deal. 7:55 my food finally is done…almost an hour after I ordered it. Waitress brings it out and half of someone’s else’s order is on top and I claim it’s not my order. She sits the food down and it falls on the floor. So my order, which was under someone else’s food needed to be remade. I sat there for another 35 minutes and finally left after receiving my order an hour and a half after I ordered it.Once I sat down to eat it, only a 5 minute drive from my place, everything was horrendous and you could tell it was not fresh and I’d bet it wasn’t all remade.Cleanliness of the place; disgusting. Food, trash etc all along the entire floor of the restaurant with servers and waitresses and patrons stepping on and around the mess with not a single care in the world.Being short staffed and busy is one thing, but when half your restaurant isn’t seated, on a Saturday night, is a clue that something’s probably wrong.Will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Dirty tables everywhere! The pic was of the “decent side” of the restaurant. By the bathrooms was AWFUL! I would hate to see the kitchen! Will never return. Horrible service, they had no clean silverware, and we waited forever for food. Someone needs to report this place to the better business bureau and health department! All the reviews are the same! Something needs to be done with this place! DONT EAT HERE!

Dirty tables stood at the front for about 10 min before anyone even greeted us. There were multiple dirty tables. They weren't busy. The hostess cleaned of a table for us then came back 5 min later and so oh there is a table and points at it we sit down she didn't bring us menus my wife went and got them from the front. Our server was decent. The food wasn't very good but it is overpriced. Will not be going back.

Service at the Waco location has gone down the toilet. Take out orders are always late and never correct.My husband and I have ordered take out for the last couple of weeks, and our food is always late, incorrect sauces used, and the food was cold when received. Last night, 02/22/2024, took the prize when I waited over 2 hours for our take out order in which the food was cold and incorrect. Don't waste your money here... go to the Temple location instead or spend the money at the grocery store and make your own wings.
