I've never been treated so bad. The food is never made all time and the manager allows foul language in the restaurant. I overheard a employee say "I don't why he still here he not going to get his food dumb n****. Then the manager laughed.

Went through drive-through six months ago to order two impossible burgers. They asked me to wait in parking lot. 20 minutes later no burgers. Had to walk inside. Complaint to manager. They gave me a free meal coupon. Went back 3/3/24 redeem coupon. They would only give me one hamburger coupon. Cashier told me three times. It was only for a meal not to impossible burgers. This is not right. That’s what I told him but could not convince him differently. So I waited 15 minutes. And I asked where my hamburgers. He said we had to drop them. So I waited another 15 minutes. The lobby was dirty filthy. Service was got awful.And impossible burger was dry. Strike two year out never again go to the Valley Mills. Burger King.Vegetarian options: Impossible burger

Took 30 minutes to get food with one person in front of us. Finally got our food the fries were very cold and they didn’t even have drinks. Charged full price and gave us bottled water cause they didn’t have any other drinks. Don’t waste your time going here for bad food.
Haven't been to this location yet, ordered for me and my partner and their food was made wrong. Not to mention burger was cold...and to top it off the drive through had many technical issues with a ear blasting sound...

Just had a quick lunch there and everything was fantastic! Areas were nice and clean. Associates were all polite and pleasant. Food was great. Highly recommend this location.2nd Visit was breakfast and was not up to par. Asked for sugar to go in my coffee. No sugar. croissant sandwich was dry and potatoes were barely warm. Disappointing.
