When i pulled up to get my order i was told they were out of what i ordered (which was just a burger) and that they couldn’t give me a refund? The manager Shauna was NOT helpful at all.

Shame of this store manager telling constumer to shut up in front desc just because I ask her why don’t give to me the order Uber in drive way where store is not busy and not have cars bahaind me. Whot kind of corporate let menager use this language in front desc. I be absolutely not rude but and if I be. I work with constumer am a delivery Uber. I never tell my constumer shut up. Exsactly if I do this Uber dordash shut down my accaunt right way because people rude with constumer is not acetable. Really shy for Burger King a menager hu have to training employer to be nice with constumer use this language. Really shame for Burger King in Koby where lot of kids enter there and have to listen menager treating constumer so bad or use appropriate rude language in front of kids

Be sure to check your order before you leave here! My order is wrong 4 out of 5 times. Even mobile orders aren't correct, with every detail covered in the app, you'd think your order will be spot on, wrong. Don't bother trying to call and speak to a manager... or anybody for that matter.. bc their listed phone # is incorrect! If you need support, might as well do it through the app.

Waited at the speaker for a little minute! Then proceeded to pull around. Nobody was standing at the window, so we was thinking ohh it’s only 1 person. No the other girl came from the back looking confused. She said how May I help you and we said. Yea we been waiting by the speaker but nobody said anything and the girl said well I didn’t hear anything. She’s a lie because when we pulled up we was in a big diesel truck. Pretty sure the girl heard the truck. But we turned it off because of it being so loud so we can hear the worker. She never got on and then told us we can’t order from the window. Mind you right when we pulled up 5 other cars got behind us. So she wanted us to pull back around and we was not gone do that once she failed to listen when cars pull up.

They tried to rip me off, refused to fix it, and threw the food away.I pulled up, ordered the 6 bacon cheese whopper jrs (they're 2 for $5), along with 2 bacon Swiss whopper jrs, fries and a couple patties for my allergy kid. They told me the total at the window and I asked, "that seems high, did the whopper jrs ring up as 2 for 5." She assured me they did and charged my card. When she handed me my receipt, I saw that the 2 with Swiss were 2 for 5, but the other 6 were full price. I asked her to fix and she said, "give me a minute" and closed the window. She came back a few minutes later and told me that her manager said I didn't ask for 2 for 5, so I didn't get it. I incredulously asked, "I have to ask for the price that's on the menu." He said,"yes." And there was nothing they could do now. I said y'all need to either make this right or give me a refund.Instead of refunding $10 and making it right, they refunded $48 and threw away all that food. What a waste and what horrible service! Stay away! Worst BK I've ever been to!

I've tried to come to this store three times this week and they are never open when they're supposed to be. It shows 6:00 a.m. opening and 7:00 a.m. openings and here it is almost 9:30 and there's still not open. How can you run a food service and not be open when you're supposed to be.

Avoid at all costs! I've given them 3 chances. The first two, they were rude, S-L-O-W, and got my order wrong. This last time was with my husband. The drive through woman was so rude that we left without ordering.They hate you. They WILL spit in your food.

Pulled in around 8:3p after a long, hungry day. Tried to order, but the woman in the drive-through kept saying, "Huh? What? Repeat that? Huh?" So, understanding that we were near a freeway, and it's probably difficult to hear, I raised my voice. Not in an angry or impatient way, simply in a louder so she could hear me way. She replies, "Calm down. No need to shout!" We were done at that point. If she can be that rude after TELLING me to speak up, imagine what she'll do to our food. We drove up the road to Wendy's and got polite service.
Food was good but the service could use a "tune up". A coworker and I went for lunch; we ordered the same thing but they asked for extra cheese; the lady that took our order repeated it back to us, including the extra cheese but didn't put it in the order that went to the ones preparing the food. After we got our food, my coworker saw they didn't get extra cheese and went to ask them to fix it. The lady said okay. The young man preparing food said "I put cheese on it, tell them to look again!" He was rude and didn't care that customers were at the counter and heard what and how he said it. Okay the extra wasn't there but dude it was only 1215pm! I'm sorry but not sorry, you make more an hour than I do and I promise my job is more stressful on any given day at any given time. If you don't like your job, find another one!

Barley has things working it’s always something here or has problem make your food waiting 30 min or more cause can’t communicate with workers or a coke that tastes like it has some weird cherry flavor I hope that is what it is don’t know poured it out yuck ? went thru drive thru siting in parking lot still waiting for

Cashier needs to be fired. Wouldn't even speak or look is in the eye. Burgers were overcooked and bread was hard. Sweet tea was rotten. I mean......we really tried to be nice. But it was amazingly awful.
