This place needs new management, new food inspectors, new employees, it’s so disgusting inside it’s sticky & dirty and they take forever to make the food which then comes out sloppy messy and not worth it also there not open when they say they are. If this doesn’t get fixed then CLOSE IT DOWN!!!! I see all the bad reviews how is nobody fixing this place?

Placed an online order , paid with my card said order was being prepared, drove there to pick it up , was told they have no working oven , I told them I had already paid for it they said I should get the money back , I asked when they didn’t know. Got on app can’t explain what happened easy so I ended up with a 10.00 credit that’s suppose to on my app for next order. I paid 16.24

Just a huge shout out to the staff working on 11/14 Tuesday night they were incredibly nice and friendly while being so awesome and most of all my food was fresh and all while being short handed please give these guys a raise and for the life of me I can't remember their names but they were truly remarkable for working a restaurant with 2 people on a Tuesday night.

Yesterday, myself and my 8 year old companion went into the lobby at the Hewitt, Texas Burgar King about 10:15am. There was only one other customer in the lobby, on a laptop doing what sounded like a Zoom interview with someone. I was absolutely shocked to see that one, yes I said ONE elderly lady was the ONLY employee in the restaurant!! No staff cooking, no other staff preparing or taking orders. I wondered for a moment if they were actually open. I watched her frantically taking drve-thru orders, tell me she would be with us in a minute and trying to do everything else alone!! I waited a few minutes, then asked if she could help us. I saw her look across the lobby to the guy on the laptop and say, "Johnny!" WHAT?? He wasn't a customer but an employee!! I began to feel very, very angry that this employee (I'm guessing in his 40s) wasn't helping her, but on his computer!!! I waited another couple of minutes and finally turned around and yelled, "Johnny!" myself! He completely ignored me which caused me to yell his name louder. He simply went ahead and finished his video chat. When he was done I said "Are you kidding? There are customers and ONE employee trying her very best to handle everything!!" He studdered something like, "Well I was, well I couldn't"...He couldn't even finish his sentence. I then said "Shame on you!" and, "I'm very glad I heard her call you Johnny because I'm going to post a very bad review." We then walked out, got in the car and then I saw him heading to his car also!! He tried to throw me a look while I was still shaking my head at him. I'm still shocked at the whole thing. I've never, ever seen a restaurant with only ONE employee that showed up. If "Johnny" didn't quit at that moment, he absolutely deserves to be fired!! The other employee, that poor lady, deserves a raise and a promotion!!
