Order a pizza and cheese bread from here last night and had it delivered and when the delivery guy showed up and handed me the 2 boxes all I could do is stand there with box boxes in my hand and say "is this a joke". Took the boxes in and opened one and it was a personal pan pizza. I said how can you feed a family of 4 off a personal pan pizza. Called the manger at the store and she was very rude and said (I can't help you with that). Gave me I number to call and they didn't want to give me a refund. I pay 36.16 for a personal pan pizza. What a joke. Folks this is not new York, this is Texas.

My son had a blast and will be back for my birthday and his. I was surprised at how good the pizza was. 10/10. When I was a kid, I never got to try it. The games were awesome, and my kid got the prizes he wanted.I will say my son has autism and it was hard for him to interact with ChuckE but the mascot did an awesome job! ? Thank you.

Poor service. It took over an hour to get food and it was not even busy. The people who got here after me got there good before. I dislike that many games don’t work. Spent 70$ and it’s ridiculous. I liked the old version of Chuck E. Cheese. Employees should realize that they can be seen and don’t use gloves. Also using their phones with gloves is still unsanitary.

It was a triple header birthday party for my grandchildren from Dec and Jan. They had a ball as usual, its always fun at the Cheese! The Mascot at the Waco store is absolutely the best I have ever seen. ? Kudos Waco!!! We love you guys!!! We have been coming here for birthdays for years, and you can see by the photos that my grands are not babies anymore. As long as this is where they want to celebrate, we will come here!Waco Chuck E. Cheese ROCKS!!!

Possibly the smallest Chuck E. Cheese we have ever visited. No climbing time or anything other than games. So when we took the 2yo and 4yo grandsons there, it wasn't much of an entertaining evening, though we did manage to spend $125 for essentially two hours of random "fun."

I'm sorry for posting this. I hate giving bad reviews. Pizza was horrible. I really dislike the card. Tokens are way better. When it was time to leave, nobody was there to check our hand stamps. So we just left. Nobody paid mind to me leaving with my two daughters. Don't think their system is safe for you to let your kids run wild without supervision. Not to mention the price. 68 dollars for a medium pepperoni, 3 drinks, and 60 tokens ( I mean credits). I will never go back.Kid-friendliness: Don't. I repeat, don't take your eyes off your child. This is a horrible situation for a parent and great for a kidnapper.

Cleanest chuck e cheese I've ever been too granted it was empty, it was clean staff was generally friendly and helpful. The only thing I can say is there isn't a lot of games for the kids to play I've been to my share of chuck e cheese in my life having a large family and this was the smallest one I've ever been too. My kids also asked to see chuck e cheese while we were there and we spent 2 hours there and he never came out...

Who even writes reviews for Chuck E. Cheese? You’d think when you’ve been to one, it’d be the same experience at the rest.However, this could not be further from the truth.The manager and all of the staff here are absolutely wonderful. They are all so engaging and helpful. I would come here for the staff alone. This location is also incredibly clean and the pizza is a far cry from what I remember having as a kid in the 90s. It’s really really good! A pizza I would be truly satisfied to receive at an Italian restaurant.I can’t wait to bring my toddler here again.Whatever this location is doing, they’re doing it right.
