I ordered frosted honey butter biscuits and they gave me regular hard crisp biscuits. I gave it back to them and they gave me the same biscuits I had just gave back, only adding VERY little frosting to it. This has made me SO mad & makes me not even want to order from here again because how do you do something like this and still charge the 15 DAMN CENTS? your employee mistaken. The night shift for Monday nights is definitely a mistake and I’ll never be back.

I went to to this location after an unsuccessful attempt getting food from the other church's location. When I arrived I there was no one there and I placed my order. The cashier told me it would be 8 minutes for chicken tenders. I go back to my car and wait. So I gave them about 10mins. I go to the window and no one came to the window. At this point more customers started coming and we all waited outside at the window, at this point it was a half hour in. Still no one came back up to the window but you could see them in the back talking and moving slower than molasses. I drove off with out my food order or getting my money back cause that's unacceptable to have folks waiting like that and not keeping customers updated. Wouldn't recommend

30 minutes is by far the longest I’ve ever waited at a fast food place.. and there were only 2 other ppl waiting so it rly wasn’t that busy or hectic for them. They forgot half my order and to top it off this was the worst chicken sandwitch I’ve ever had and I’ve been to several church’s chickens… won’t be coming

I ordered fresh okra. And when I got my order he said here is your chicken in your fresh okra. But when I drove away and started eating my food the okra was old. Okra cost more than chicken. If I order fresh food that's what I should get it's my

My wife ordered online for pickup. When I arrived they told us the order wasn’t ready and it would take 10 minutes. They were rude to my wife they kept telling her different amounts of time and we ended up being there for over 20 minutes waiting on an order that was supposed to be ready when we arrived. The staff was being rude to other customers as well.

Nice to take my wife to her favorite chicken place for her spicy chicken. But small store, slow, bad parking lot. I suggest the drive thru, you'll have less auto fumes to breathe than ordering at the window.
