Food was good, sadly the staff were way too busy, and they didn't have time to take down our order for the first 20 minutes.

I went to Chuy’s tonight with my friends for their birthday dinner. We all ordered together at the same time & after waiting about 30 minutes, half of our table received food. 2 of my friends & myself never got food but was promised the kitchen was working on it. After waiting 40 minutes, our waitress came back crying & had to leave. After another 20 minutes, a different waitress started passing out checks even though we never received food. She then finally said she would get our orders out in again but we had to take it to go. The manager never checked on us or helped after the situation was mentioned again to the waitress. I believe it was really unprofessional & I won’t be going back. This ruined their birthday.

Hostess gave our food to the wrong car, had to wait 25 minutes for them to remake it and once they brought it out it was incorrect.The fact that they can’t make it from the kitchen to the parking lot with a name and a spot number blows my mind.

The food here has been terrible since they changed their menu. Meat tastes fake and the tortillas taste store bought. Expensive taco bell, but honestly I would take taco bell over them. Server was nice, but not good enough to compensate for how terrible the menu is. Next Toys Are Us. There are too many better restaurants in Waco to be spending your money on this. Just sayin

Great food. The appetiser plate had enough food for 3 meals for me. I felt it was reasonably priced at under $14.00 ?
