THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The rudest employees and the worst management. I have worked in this field for a while and you all still have no training on how to treat customers properly. Your employees hate their job they have to be rude to strangers…yah get rid of them right away or do better training.Or stop hiring lazy people

It was a sad place at DQ today. I witnessed some hostility between an employee and her boss. She basically quit her shift during a big rush of customers. She said to her manager that, "You know I got other stuff I gotta do and can't be here all day" and he was overwhelmed. He worked the entire station by himself. I do not envy him and also felt bad for him. My food was still tasty despite the wait. But they need to hire more help and let go of the employees that can't put forth any effort at all from what I saw.

If anyone is looking for a side of attitude while ordering their meal this is the place to go. Miss Katrina decided she wanted to be extremely rude when she got my order wrong at the window and when I asked for reassurance of my order. The customer service is extremely un called for. The attitude could have definitely been left out and she was rude for no reason!! DO BETTER DQ

My daughter and her friend went to this store tonight, Feb 2 and ordered 4 blizzards and brought them home and they were all completely the wrong size and flavors. They went back to get the order right and the store was full of all the employees friends and they were worried about getting into trouble. The person who took the order gave them their order and walked away and when they tried to get her attention she would not return to the window! This is ridiculous and they were over charged. Always issues in the evenings at this location.

While the food was delicious as expected at DQ, the service left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths. Two co-workers and I went at lunchtime, it wasn't super busy but most of the customers were in the drive thru. One co-worker started to give his order and wasn't even asked if he could wait so she could correctly get a blizzard to the correct customer. When the blizzard my co-worker ordered was made, it was first taken to a drive thru customer. I will give a star to the young lady who brought it to him. She apologized for the mistake and as friendly as we had seen any of the crew, she offered to remake it as it was raining outside.
