I wouldn’t place an order here. The food is greasy and cold, but if you do make sure you check your order to completion because if they don’t have an item they will not tell you about it before hand. They will just leave it out or replace it with something you might not like it, customer service was awful

Customer service was very friendly, pizza I got was steaming hot and fresh and cooked perfect! Clean restrooms along with a huge selection of items from cold and sinus to a candy bar, truck parts , pretty much a little bit of everything, lady at the counter was sweet and joked around, definitely stopping by next time I’m headed down to Waco

I ordered a few slices of brisket but the guy taking my order got distracted due to him talking to a co worker about personal issues and ended up making me a sandwich instead and on top that the brisket was terrible I won’t be back again!!! 2-21-2024

I was hung up on multiple times while trying to call and resolve my issue. I received the wrong order and when I called to tell them I just wanted my actual food not a refund. The manager told me he would give me a credit for next time. I tried to use my credit and they will not allow it because the manager didn’t leave a note about it. Unprofessional and rude I will be doing a charge back and taking my business else where.
Dickey's use to be one of my favorite BBQ restaurants, but at this particular location, the service and food keep getting worse. From the impatient male cashier to the food, which is false advertising because half of the sides thats on the menu are not available the mac and cheese, 20% mac and 80% cheese, the almost frozen cold slaw and sandwiches with buns that are hard as a brick.

We stopped here on our way back from Dallas and the staff was extremely friendly and food was delicious. Richard was absolutely incredible and went over and beyond to make sure we were pleased with our food. I really love this place and will be returning.

I had the Brisket plate with sweet beans and Mac and cheese sides and was not disappointed. It was great and they even offered us brisket samples to make sure we liked it!! It was kinda hot inside though, I think it was just a/c issues. Overall 13/15

This has got to be the Worst Dickey's there is. Poor service, limited selection of sides, and the cutter didn't bother to pull the Saran Wrap off the brisket so the the sandwich had bits of plastic in it. What a waste of space and time.
