The pizza never arrived. You try to call and you just wait on hold for 20 minutes until you decide it’s just not worth it. Called back and chose the option to order a new pizza (surprise someone actually answered), then they said they would have to transfer me to the store… just sat on hold again until I decided to hang up.

I got my pizza "delivered". They didn't bother telling me where the pizza actually is because they didn't pick up the phone. Never ordering here again. If you want to ensure that your pizza is going to arrive, pay with cash so they cant just run off with your money.

We needed a bite to eat late at night. We ordered online and made it to our hotel, unloaded the family and everything. They call to tell us the pizza is ready but the delivery time will be 45 minutes to an hour, or I can come pick it up. I just unloaded all my kids and literally have them bathing and can’t just leave. So my main grievance is, why have a pizza cooked and ready, then let it sit for an hour before it’s delivered. Ridiculous.

Driver did not bring entire order, said he would be right back. I even called the store to make sure he got everything he forgot. Employee said he would make sure driver got everything. 40 min later still no driver. I would not recommend ordering from the store, if you do, pick up your own order. Paying for delivery and tipping, and then not receiving my whole order, is just WRONG!

Delivery driver in the tan Avalanche or Escalade needs to learn what an appropriate speed for a residential road is and it might help if he figured out what a stop sign is rather than ignoring it and taking a leftt turn without knowing if another vehicle was coming towards him with the right of way, let alone a pedestrian. Consistently over 2 hours for one medium pizza. doesn't even matter which day it is, they just suck at delivering pizzas on time.
The pizza was oily and looked as if sitting for a while and then reheated. The pepperoni was curled up. All 3 large pizzas had to be thrown away.CiCis Pizza was on point! Just cooked and tasted pretty good. And for half the price of domino's!

They are typically pretty fast at getting your pizza ready to pickup. Delivery is also reasonably quick. I have been buying pizzas from them regularly for last one year and the delivery was delayed only once and it was around midnight. In general I have had good experience at this place.

Why don't y'all have delivery drivers???It's very inconvenient. I'm an individual who doesn't have a vehicle and I enjoy your food. It's hard for me to want to order from y'all if'n after I place my order online, I get a call from the store stating, "We don't have delivery drivers."SERIOUSLY!!!!Then why offer a delivery option?!If'n y'all can't get drivers; than become a carry-out only. I'm not happy.

I had a very positive experience recently. While driving up I-35 after a trip, I stopped in Waco for a break. Using the Domino's app, I ordered a pizza here, followed the progress on the tracker, and had friendly service when I arrived. My order was correct, the pizza was hot, and I had a nice meal before the long drive home. Absolutely no complaints.

Terrible. The delivery guy stole from my front porch (I have the video)&& when I called manager was so disrespectful && didn’t want to do anything about the situation. I did place a police report.. but still y’all be careful when you order and get it delivered ! Terrible experience. Don’t recommend.
